The location is good for us since our purpose was to go to US Embassy. Personnel are courteous and very helpful.

The location is good . Walking distance from rizal park and museum and other establishments. The staff are very accommodating and courteous. My youngest daughter enjoyed the pool. The breakfast buffet is satisfactory. We enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back again.

Booked Because across from embassy. Easy check-in. Bfast ok. 7 minutes walk to embassy thats across the street. Dolomite Beach next to embassy.

My wife and I along with our son stayed there for two nights. Check in was easy and we were greeted when we opened the door. The hotel is very busy and tons of people coming in and out. I was shocked because it seemed very old on the inside but nice. Quick and easy check although I was asked to pay a 2,000 php deposit fee that I got back when we checked out. Room was okay and bed was comfy. The AC had to be turned on and off and turned all the way up but still was hot for us three. Hotel seemed very strict and didn't feel too welcoming as we seemed to be watched the whole time especially at breakfast. The buffet was okay and the food wasn't that hot. Coffee was way on the other side along with the juice which didn't have any labels to what it was. My biggest complaint was the door latch though. Even if locked you could move the door back and forth as if it was unlocked oh and of course the AC. Water pressure was excellent and water temp was perfect if not the best. Might stay here again due to price and location.

We did not managed to use the kids pool and playground which made my nephew disappointed. The main reason why we booked the hotel was the kid amenities and we were not informed that nurse students will be checking in and the hotel was crowded

Disappointed! We booked a double bed room but they provided 2 separate single beds. insisted but the only option the receptionist gave is to upgrade to deluxe that will cost us another 3k.
they told us that they can compress the bed but didnt when we arrived in the room.
