Rooms were clean, parking was horrible
Roosters are in back and front of units and started crowing at 1:30am and keep you up
Through out the early hours terrible sleep

Very nice 'old Florida' facility with boat docks and multiple room configurations. Excellent place for families with adjoining rooms (King w/ kitchen plus 2 doubles in adjoining room). Courteous front desk staff. We will return.

Very basic. Do not still understand for what I paid around $150 / night if they even could not provide hot water in the shower. I guess just for a bed. Unfortunately cannot recommend.

The premise was just off the highway. Many choices for places to eat. Parking is very tight even with a smaller vehicle.

My feet were black when no shoes were worn. I was told many times that coffee was going to be served at the dock and both mornings there was nobody there with coffee. The bed was ok but the fridge froze everything

Had a lovely 2 night stay at the Kingsail in marathon.
I would suggest the wooden spoon over the road for breakfast.
