Hapimag Resort Marbella

We stayed here for the 8th time or so. Great llocation. Super convenient and comfortale. Comfortable rooms and beds. Very well maintained and very clean. Lovely stay again. Cheers and high fives for the ever welcoming, hospitable and helpful staff !

Stayed here for the 5th or 6th time. Super. Very helpful staff. Superlocation: sea and boulevard in front. Lovely garden. Agreeable pool. Very clean. Very very well maintained. We will go here again. Recommended.

Spent almost a week there at Hapimag. The room is very clean, the property is environmentally friendly. The location is perfect - just by the sea, about 15 minutes walk to the old town. They have different activities throughout the week, fun to join. I highly recommend the property.

We had an absolutely brilliant time at Hapimag Marbella. We spent 5 days at the resort and used all facilities. Not only is the staff absolutely courteous at any time of the day, the kitchen is also great and the hotel itself offers everything you need. The rooms are large and clean, airconditioned and equipped with everything you need. The location of the property is perfect, not only because it is right next to the beach, but also because of all the restaurants and bars as well as the old town with lots of shopping options all in walking distance. We will come back!

If the location of the hotel is unimportant to you, a helpful and smiling team is something you are not looking for, delicious food and excellent cocktails are something you do not like, as well as a passionate Spanish vibe, then Hapimag Marbella is not the hotel for you! The resort was everything I expected includingn the exceptional staff and facilities. I would recommend this apart hotel for both business and holidays and will definately return. Nothing was too much of a problem for the lovely staff.

Been here several times. Again a very agreeable week. We love the garden. Cozy, quiet, relaxed, have a drink at the end of the day in the sun and shade. Comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Good cafe s con leche. Sauna. Pool. We love it.

My family and I (one child) stayed here for 5 nights in early April 2023. We absolutely loved the location (literally right on the seafront walking path and about 100 meters from the Mediterranean itself. Fantastic! We were warmly welcomed at check-in, and the staff was excellent with us across our entire stay. Thank you kindly. Our room - facing the sea on the 5th floor was what we needed for our stay - which consisted of outside activities. The room had a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, 1 bedroom, and a nice large living area that opened to a balcony overlooking the sea. I kept the sliding glass door open in the evening to enjoy the sound of the crashing waves. While the rooms could use a refresh - they were clean, well maintained and plenty of space for the 3 of us. Each morning, I would hit the pool very early to swim some laps. And while I was enjoying the pool, the personnel was washing the decks, deck chairs, and area for the guests wanting to soak in the sun. It was nice to see the attention to detail and knowing that the entire area was refreshed every morning. We did enjoy the sun deck for a couple of afternoons - and this being early April, was well available - as was the rooftop area. We asked the front deck for some help with golf reservations, in which they were well versed. They did a nice job in sharing insights into the courses to match our ability. Thank you. We also enjoyed the small grocery and coffee shop, as well as the restaurant. And this is where we experienced a let down. One afternoon - a Sunday I believe, we joined for the paella afternoon which was advertised in the elevators. Unfortunately, we were very let down. The dish was served cold, and contained very little seafood. And this was consistent across 5 plates (we joined other guests). We were all very surprised and disappointed. The rice was good - but it was without seafood (not counting the cold prawn on top). Maybe we should of raised this with the very nice waiter - but we let it go. The other let down was the Hapimag’s policy of allowing smoking on the terraces. Our neighbors must have been smoking chimneys, to the point we had an issue enjoying our terrace at times. Smoking should not be allowed anywhere in the hotel, including the terraces. Times have changed. Our room should not smell like smoke because of a neighbor. But overall - the positives were abound, and we would not hesitate to return. Thank you Hapimag Marbella. Your staff were excellent and welcoming, and your property great for our needs. Jeremy
