This is a really nicely cared for establishment where the owner clearly takes great pride in looking after their property and treating guests well. Really enjoyable stay. We will be back. Thank you Catherine and Yves.

Upon entering the room, there was a smell of humidity or sewage, I had complained but at the reception they told me that they never had this problem and they had refused to come and see on the spot because they had too much work , I had a bad night and I have very bad memories of this overpriced hotel

Merci a Yves et Catherine pour leur accueil. Hôtel très bien placé au coeur d'un beau quartier avec parking. Petit déjeuner copieux servi en chambre avec terrasse quand il faut beau. Je recommande sans réserve.

Hôtel dans un quartier calme, facile d’accès et plutôt proche du centre de Lille. Toujours de la place pour stationner. Les propriétaires sont accueillant et serviables. La chambre est sommaire mais propre et le lit King size est très confort. Volet occultant 100%. Petit dej servi en chambre. (Petit bémol pour l’insonorisation, on peut entendre à côté si la personne n’est pas très silencieuse) Merci.

Tout est bien dans cet etablissement. Cela commence par l'accueil charmant. Nous sommes reçus. Difficile de trouver un peu de critiques. C'est propre, confortable, ... Il y a meme un parking securisé ! Un enorme merci aux proprietaires

L'hôtel est situé à proximité du tram, ce qui le rend facilement accessible si on n'a pas de voiture. Les chambres sont soignées, avec de nombreux détails pour que l'on s'y sente très bien. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et copieux.

Hôtel très calme et propre. Un accueil agréable, chaleureux et à l’écoute. Je recommande cet hôtel. Petit déjeuner très bien et servi en chambre. A 5 minutes du tram et 20 minutes de Lille. Hôtel très facile à trouver en sortant du tram.

quand nous venons a des reunions de famille dans le Nord, nous ne souhaitons pas déranger nos amis et gardons notre liberté. Donc, nous logeons toujours chez Catherine et son mari, ooops à l'Hotel du Croisé.
