Mirsoum Hotels

Our staying in Mirsoum Hotel was perfect. The hotel is located in the center of old city, close of all shop and city places. The hotel is not directly on the main street, which makes it quiet (take into account that to access it there are some meters to walk and stairs to climb) We slept in Room which is beautiful, big and very clean. (Suite Room / 101) The Mirsoum team is very welcoming, helped us with our luggage, advice us for the shopping and place to visite. Hakke speak english and was very available for all our need. He presented to us a driver Mohamed, to visit places out of the city, good guy, we spent a good time with him. If you need, a driver doesn't hesited to ask to meet Mohamed. (Turkish speaker but Google translate is our friend:) ) And to finish, the breakfast was wonderful, the better breakfast that we took during our staying (We made 6 differents hotels.) We slept In Mirsoun only one night, it's been a surprise and gift from my husband for our 4th wedding year . Perfect gift.

Aracımızı otopark a parkettiğimiz andan itibaren bavullarımızın taşınması çalışanların saygısı ve uslubü ***et naziklerdi.Kahvaltısı yöresel ürünler eşliğinde çok güzeldi.bir daha mardine geldiğimde kesinlikle başka bir otelde konaklamayı düşünmüyorum.Şiddetle tavsiye ederim

The most amazing hotel with a spectacular view from the terrace. The staff speak excellent English and are able to organise anything and everything for you; they go above and beyond to make your stay a delight.

The hotel is a 10/10 aesthetically however the challenge starts entering into the hotel. There are about 100 steps uphill and zero vehicle access into the vicinity of the hotel. Reception staff 10/10 two of the staff members met us at the car park about 500meters away and carried our suitcases to the hotel room. Check in was a breeze and the staff were very friendly attentive and extremely nice 10/10 Our hotel room was extremely authentic, clean and mesmerising 10/10. Bathroom was the biggest problem. Cosmetically 10/10 however practicality 2/10. You couldn’t swing a cat. I’m small so I could move around freely but for a bigger person GOOD LUCK. The hand towel hoop ended up on the floor. The hand basin very pretty was small and as a female I had no where to place all my toiletries and hair straightener. I had to place it in the sink. 1/10. The shower well the hand held unit kept falling off its hook and when the shower curtain was closed inside the shower was impossible to see 0/10 extremely claustrophobic. I had to request a iron nil in room. I didn’t realise that the Nescafé machine was used to heat the water for tea. The coffee cups were not replaced back into my room after I left them in the courtyard. Breakfast was the main reason why I gave a 3 star. It was amazing !! Best breakfast ever I mean the BEST. I wondered why I paid so much for This hotel? I think it was for the breakfast spread I paid for. 10/10. Value for money $415aud a night 3/10. Yes it’s a pretty hotel but I seriously don’t believe it’s worth it.

Fabulous hotel, really lovely staff team who were more than happy to help with anything. If you expect your room serviced everyday (we didn’t) you may need to ask but staff very happy to oblige. Hotel very clean and exceptionally well presented. Amazing Turkish breakfast. Every bedroom is individual and the whole hotel lovingly restored by the owner himself.

I went to this place it was very perfect place I have never seen like this hotel both the staff and the atmosphere of the room was a masterpiece I highly recommended... The most important part of this hotel is landscape.

The hotel is very nice and the staff is super kind. I dont think I have ever met kinder people. The hotel is clean and perfectly located. I wish I could stay longer in Mardin but I hope to visit again as soon as possible. Thank you so much.

Bu otelcilikten, turizm ve işletme ahlakından yoksun mekan bize bu ramazan bayramı tatilini zehir etmeyi başardı. Üstelik tam bir buçuk ay öncesinden rezervasyon yapıp ödemenin yarısını da yine 1.5 ay öncesinden yapmamıza rağmen oldu bütün bu yaşananlar. Öyle fiyatları yüksek görüp İnternette kendi kendilerine yaptıkları yorumlara aldanıp kaliteli bir yer olarak düşünmeyin.(havale yaptığım için isimlerini biliyorum yorumlarda misafir gibi kendilerini öven yorumlarını görünce belirtmek istedim) şöyle ki Mart ayından mayıs ayı için plan yapıyorsunuz uçak biletleri araç kiralama otel vs ödeme yapıyorsunuz herşey tamam bayram tatiline çıkıyorsunuz ta istanbuldan kalkıp mardine gidiyorsunuz sabah teyit için oteli arıyorsunuz akşam giriş yapacağınızı söylüyorsunuz ve sorun yok bekliyoruz deniliyor fakat 10 dk sonra geri arayıp kusura bakmayın biz 1.5 ay önce size telefonda yarım saat methiyeler dizip 2 yetişkin 2 çocuk anca bu odada rahat edersiniz diyip sattığımız üstelik aynı gün ödemenin de yarısını aldığımız odayı "yanlışlıkla"!! Başkasına satıvermişiz siz gelin daha küçük bir odamız var orda kalırsınız deniliyor ki kendileri daha önce o odada rahat edemeyeceğimizi söylemişlerdi. Ve malesef bayram olduğu için hiçbir otelde yer bulamayacağımızı bildikleri için bizi bunu kabul etmeye zorlamaya çalışıyorlar ve hiçbir şekilde asıl parasını ödediğimiz odada hak iddia edemeyeceğimizi belirtiyorlar. Neden çünkü zaten o bölgedeki en pahalı otellerden biri olan bu gözünü para hırsı bürümüş sözde otelcik bize 1 gece konaklama için ayırdığı odayı başkasına 3 geceliğine veriyor nasılsa bunlar da başka otel bulamaz diğer odaya razı gelir diye düşünüyor. Tek söyledikleri kusura bakmayın hiçbişe yapamam yanlışlık olmuş. Kardeşim siz 200 odalı otel misiniz yanlışlık olsun 10 tane odan yok zaten butik otelsin. Ödemeyi anında istemeyi biliyorsunuz ama odayı satışa kapatmıyorsunuz öyle mi? Bu gibi yalanlarla yine sizin gibi turizmden anlamayan insanları ancak kandırabilirsiniz. Yeni açılan bir otelmiş zaten o çevrede herkes bütün otelleri biliyor. Bu işletme ahlakından yoksun anlayışla dilerim çok uzun ömürlü bir işletme olmaz çünkü insanları bu şekilde mağdur etmeye kimsenin hakkı yok
