I loved this place, the staff is amazing and very friendly. The breakfast is the best ever! And the ocean view from the room, restaurant and pool is fantastic! Will stay here again next time for sure. Thank you

Banheiros com infiltração, mofo, sem manutenção regular. Quarto c quadros mofados.

O Hotel é maravilhoso em muitos sentidos! Serviço, pessoal, localização, limpeza, conforto. Nós adoramos mesmo!
A praia é muito movimentada, bem mais do que eu gostaria que fosse, mas foi tudo maravilhoso demais! O lugar é lindo, dos sonhos...

Tudo incrível. Café da manhã bem variado, funcionários atenciosos com pequenos detalhes e sempre simpáticos, lugar super limpo, acomodações super confortáveis e de bom gosto. Melhor localização na praia do Francês.

Tivemos problemas com a descarga logo que chegamos. O probelma foi que solicitamos o reparo e somente após quase 3h e na terceira ligação para a recepção que finalmente foram resolver o problema.
Na segunda noite disponibilizaram a nossa vaga no estacionamento para outro hóspede. Questão que só foi resolvida no dia seguinte.
Estrutura do hotel é muito boa porem o staff deixa a desejar pois não são resolutivos.

Bom café da manhã (mas um dia tivemos que esperar por uma mesa).
Restaurante mediano.
Experiência negativa no check out. Pedi uma hora de extensão , mas o pedido não foi atendido.
