The Kinney was a delight. The edgy style it shows amongst its decor is welcoming and the staff are attentive and happy to assist. The two rooms we booked were clean, well maintained and comfortable. Would absolutely stay in this area and at The Kinney again.

The front desk staff was great and accommodating! Parking is $22 a night. The pool and hot tub were amazing and there’s a great area to hang out!

Nice chill spot in Venice , lots of restaurants near by , the hotel itself doesn’t offer food or drinks but their is a liquor store next door , room was great , pay parking

I want to stay longer next time. Perfect lounging by the pool and poolside bar. I love the design of the rooms. They have parking which is important in Venice Beach.

The staff was extremely friendly and vey helpful. Parking was very convenient and the entire hotel felt very safe. Our room was very clean and stocked with coffee and plenty of towels. The furniture was very clean and the room was set up very well. This has to be one of the most confortable beds I've ever slept in during a hotel stay. We absolutely loved all the amenities like playing ping pong and sitting by the fire. I cant say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay- super helpful staff who were easy to contact by text and phone, great lounging, pool+, good WFH areas, nice suites, modern and cool vibe. Found our place in LA- would definitely return.

The hotel is well maintained. The rooms are modern and the beds are incredible. Loved the play area and pool and spa on the 2nd floor. Would stay there again and recommend to others for sure

I love how there is so much common space… There are lots of chairs where guests can relax outside of their room. I also like the art that’s all over the place. Another thing is, it doesn’t look like there’s anywhere nice to walk to from the hotel, but there are actually five or six nice bars and restaurants that are within a quarter mile
