I loved the accuracy on the website.
Staff, was very very nice.
Rooms are very clean. Breakfast was more expected. The price was perfect.
And so close to the beach, awesome!

Location near the beach is good. Building maintenance is average. Room has modern fixtures although my television did not work. Radiator heater in the small room is poor design choice....i.e. room is too hot when on Low Heat and too cold when heater is off. No chair in room. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices.

The first room given to us I unlocked the door and it sounded like someone was taking a shower to find out the water was running so bad you could not shut it off. Moved to another room the next morning luke warm water for a shower. Very poorly maintained.

No elevator, loud and the employee at checkout was rude. The lock on my door was broken and he didnt care

After I checked in, I took my family out to dinner. When I got back to the room, it smelled horrible of cigarettes smoke. Especially in the bathroom. None of us in my family smoke so that was concerning. I spoke with the guy in the lobby, and he told me no one was in the room that people smoke outside, and the smoke sometimes comes into the room. The mirror over the sink acted like a strobe light so it was not usable. The door to the bathroom was coming off the hinges to where the door could not be shut. The stopper for the tub was laying next to the toilet, but the housing in the tub was completely rusted out so the stopper would not be usable anyhow. The heating unit made so much racket that I shoved pillows next to it to quiet it down. I wish I was able to add videos, and pictures of how bad the room was.

Hard to know where to start — this property is in very poor condition, dirty and run down, and not anywhere near the beach they claim in their photos. There was hair in the bed, the wall plugs didn’t work, WiFi didn’t work, room and floors and carpets were dirty, not enough lights in the room, sign out front wasn’t lit and hard to see from the street. Also, rooms smelled like smoke. Highly recommend you pass on this hotel.

the room was fine but the bathroom was rundown with rusted hinges making it very squeaky door. The tub was dirty with hair and overall smell of bathroom was terrible. I would recommend requesting a third floor as you can hear every step if you stay on the lower floors. it was a steal in price and the beds were sanitary and comfortable. Overall ok but needs some TLC
