I had booked an allergy room for two nights. They gave me a closet size room with a door so narrow that I could hardly fit in. The room was some 6 m2 with a bathroom so small that you could take a shower while sitting on a toilet. And the room was freezing cold. The first night I asked for a bigger room but they said they are sold out. I asked to change the next day and the reception girl promised to change the following evening with extra charge. I came back the following evening at 5pm. She said she cannot change the room since I did not give them my key when I left in the morning. What??? Everybody else left with their keys as well, that’s how people usually do, and nobody said anything about leaving the key to the reception. We all heard her say that she can do the change in the evening. How do they clean any rooms if they don’t have Spare keys?? I feel this girl has no idea of what customer service is. She was disrespectful and lying. I’m never ever going to step into this horrible hotel again. Neither should you if this is the way they treat all older customers. And I surely treated her nicely.
