Pasa Garden Beach

The hotel staff are the reason for the 5 stars - they are so friendly and helpful (reception, restaurant staff, bar staff and housekeeping). We are a family of 7 (all adults) having 4 rooms booked. All the rooms are spacious and clean. Towels were changed everyday and you can get pool towels for the pool/beach - beach is on the hotel’s doorstep where they have a section just for guests with sun beds and parasols. The food offers a lot of variety and the drinks are are served local alcohol (you can buy premium drinks). Ice cream is available from 4pm. When we arrived at 2am one of the rooms aircon wasn’t working and we reported to reception at 7am, the reception sorted the issue out that day. You’ll meet Pepsi who will talk about the hotel’s Turkish bath - we recommend going (good price, value for money) we went as a group and had a laugh too. The staff get involved in table tennis, including Pepsi, big thanks to Husain, Hassan and Servan (there are many other staff too but cannot remember all names) they will offer any advice and how to get around. (Like using the local mini-buses) The hotel also has a Turkish night during our stay to watch some dancing. The only downside as many other guests have commented is the noise - there are clubs either side of the hotel where the music doesn’t turn off till 1am but this is what you’ll get being on the beachfront on the ***** with lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Tüm garsonlar efsane güler yüzlü ilgili ama tüm garsonların nezdinde Servan ve Sedat kardeşlerimde efsanelerdi hizmet ve güler yüzü son derece güzel saygılı nezih kibarlar. Yemekler çok leziz odalar temiz ancak tek eksik odada terlik olmaması.

Arkadaşımla bayram tatili için gi**iştik. Otelin konumu, plajının hemen önünde oluşu ve Marmaris merkeze yakınlığı ilk tercih nedenimizdi. Beklentimizin üzerinde kalite ve hizmetiyle bize güzel bir tatil imkanı sundu. Yemekler ***et lezzetli ve yeterli çeşitlilikteydi. Personel son derece ilgili ve kibardı. Servan, Ufuk, Hüseyin- Hasan, Sait, ismlerini şu an hatırlayamadığım resepsiyon görevlileri mutfak ve temizlik görevlileri…karşılaşma ve tanışma imkanımız olmadı ama bu disiplini sağlayan, yönetim kadrosuna da her şey için teşekkür ediyorum. Tek bir eleştirim olacak, plajdaki duşun suyunun akış süresi biraz daha fazla olabilir :)

We stayed as two couples, arrived very late however made very welcome by reception & helped to rooms, both sides of the hotel have no lift but only 3 floors. Rooms are spacious with plenty of storage ( we were on 3rd floor with sea view) . The first hotel where the bath towels are actually a good size! Lovely personal touch with little personal care extras & fridge in room. Aircon was good too. All the staff were sooooo friendly & smiley. The food was plentiful with good choices & people that complain must be extremely fussy! We never had to queue in the restaurant & there were always tables. There was always cleaning under way in the restaurant, by the pool, in reception. The only thing that lets this hotel down is the loud music next door until 1am some nights!! Otherwise a perfect stay!

Positif : Accueil - Personnel - Nourriture - Chambre .... Tout est là pour nous satisfaire .. Le personnel au petit soin ( Massage - Bar - Restaurant ) ... La vue de la chambre " Exceptionnel "... Négatif : La sono du Just / Hôtel / Ba**an qui vont ensemble .. Dommage , la musique du JUST suffirait .... Sinon ont reviendra 100%

Just returned from my first time in Marmaris. Had a fabulous time in Pasa Garden Beach Hotel. Location was great the most friendly staff giving it a personal touch by learning everyone’s name. (Big Shout out to Eddie who entertained us all week, encouraged to join in on games and played the tunes 🐴😉🤣). Hotel is spotless, food you can always find something in the choices. Would I go back? Most definitely yeah baby 😂

Went here from 30th August to 10th September 22. We arrived at the hotel around 1AM, the room we were given was not a sea view room like we requested and so we asked if we could change it. Was told we'd have to come down next morning at 9AM to see if there was a room with this view available but as we'd just arrived and so had a long day of travelling we just wanted to lie in bed so we didn't bother. The view we had instead was terrible, it was the side of the next door water park and the streets and it was dirty looking and not picturesque at all. Also, we had two tiny balconys, they were very narrow and short, it may have been better if it was one longer balcony but it was still narrow regardless so if you're a bigger person or like sitting on the balcony enjoying a drink and the view don't go to this hotel. Could barely sit on the balcony without it feeling like a tight squeeze. Also, noise wise it was HORRIFIC. In the morning around 9/10AM (whenever the waterpark opened) the music from the waterpark would blast all day, and you could hear it so clearly from the room we stayed in that it was hard to sleep. However, if we thought that was loud that was NOTHING compared to the music of the bars etc up until 1/2 in the morning, you could hear the thumping bass and even the lyrics to the song. I found it so hard to sleep here. Also, the restaurant food was basically the same options everyday, and it was not enjoyable. At breakfast time there was only Turkish breakfast food not any traditional English breakfast food which is something to keep in mind if you like an English traditional breakfast in the morning. The drinks were not nice either, cocktails and even things like apple juice didn't taste right. Also, the restaurant is very open so street cats often wander in and out. Me and my partner are animal lovers so this didn't really bother us but obviously its not the most hygienic thing. The pool wasn't the best size either, and I found the sun loungers weren't great either, the mattress wasn't stuck to the bed, a lot of the loungers were chipped and it seemed just dirty around the sun loungers and pool in general. It didn't feel nice or luxurious in any way, didn't seem like the mattresses were ever washed. However, the rooms were cleaned from top to toe everyday, hoovered and things couldn't fault the maids on this they did a great job and the room itself was a good size, the water pressure was good in the shower too. Also great location as its literally like a minute walk to the bars and beach and things but obviously means you can hear everything all day and night. Also, what sold this hotel for us originally is that it was a beach hotel so it has its own section of beach but there's no bar or waiters or waitresses on the beach so if you want a drink whilst on the beach part from the hotel you'll have to go to the bar each time yourself and also the sand was very gritty and didn't feel good, the beach also felt dirty and not the best bea

Hotel lovely, had an issue with our room, our room was changed that day, even sending a guy up to carry our cases to new room. Rooms were lovely an spacious and clean, cleaned daily an sheets changed weekly, the food was most definitely the best I've have in turkey in a all inclusive hotel, all inclusive bar till midnight. Although the pool area didn't have alot of sunbeds round the pool, the advantage was it as its own beach, staff were lovely nothing was too much trouble for them, can't wait to return in September.
