Julian Club Hotel

Very busy with so much food and really enjoyed the kids entertainment

Honestly highly recommend turkey and this beautiful hotel rooms comfortable and clean the reception staff super helpful on arrival had put my room and parents together due to mobility and health issues also both had views of one of the pools :) Can't fault the food and drink l was in party of 8 people and there was something everyone would eat :) the bar staff extremely helpful and friendly learned some turkish I had used the spa and got beautiful turkish bath went for package (2) this time soo go as always and if you ever want to do photoshoot highly recommend hotel :)) My brother got engaged on holiday and both the guess relation and Housekeeping staff organised flowers, sweet treats wine and made such beautiful bed display

We booked a week all inclusive at Julian Club quite last minute and without really looking into it too much… let me tell you, I’ve never been more glad and positively surprised!!! We stayed in a family room (1 double and 1 single bed for our toddler) and it was quite small but perfect for us as we barely spent any time in it. Also our balcony faced the main pool and stage so it was perfect for us to have a few drinks watching the shows (there’s something on every night: kids disco first, then bingo and then different shows each day whilst two lovely entertainers run an evening kids club too!) at night whilst our little one was in bed. The food, at both breakfast and main meals, is great! Plenty of options every day and so much to choose from even for the pickiest ones. I am dairy free and I found so many things to eat, even for pudding! Everything tasted delicious and looked very appetising too. They also have a kids buffet at dinner time and the snack bar was our absolute favourite… so much that we never had the lunch buffet as always used the snack bar!! We were a bit worried about the sun bed situation as read online that it was impossible to get one unless up at the crack of dawn… yes it is true that there’s no free beds after 7.30/8am (people get up as early as 5.30 and sleep on the sun loungers till 8 when the pool guys do their checks around the pools) but we refused to get up that early and still always managed to get beds after 9.30 by asking one of the pool guys. There are 4 pools and we always managed to get space by one of them so it’s not as bad as they say! The hotel is super clean and the cleaning staff and maids work so hard to keep on top of everything. The position of the hotel is great, plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants just round the corner and at walking distance (about half hour) from Marmaris centre and beaches. We didn’t fancy walking in the heat though, and took bus number 2 from literally just around the corner from the hotel, that took us right into the centre for only 25 TL (about £0.60!). Check out is by 12pm, but our transfer to the airport wasn’t until 8pm so we checked out in the morning and left the suitcases in the luggage hold then spent our day by the pool and had dinner at the buffet. There’s showers downstairs that can be used and they gave us towels and were very accommodating without pressuring us into paying for late check out (which is something like £20 per hour if I remember correctly) Staff are absolutely incredible especially the entertainment team who genuinely never stop and go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed and included! Everyone was always so smiley and friendly, from the kitchen staff to the maids to the receptionists! We really loved our stay at Julian Club and would definitely recommended!!

Came here on the 27th June for 11 nights with my children and only lasted 3 days! The best way to describe this place is like a foreign council estate, if your idea of a holiday is dumping the kids off at kids club while you get hammered at the pool then this place is for you! In the three days we lasted I cannot count how many fist fights I witnessed, people fighting over sun loungers, fighting with their partners, I’ve never seen anything like it, rooms being smashed up, staff being verbally and racially abused. It was shocking, the smell of sewage was so strong at the snack bar and entertainment you could taste it! The entertainment was by far the poorest I’ve ever seen, I have no idea why there’s so many good reviews about the entertainment it’s so poor it’s a joke, the food isn’t the best and my children refused to eat the whole time we was there, despite paying for all inclusive whenever I went to the bar alone I was harassed by one member of bar staff to continuously tip him for pouring drinks, this only happened when I was alone and was quite intimidating, if you want a sun lounger then be prepared to get up at 4am and sleep on it till the pool opens at 8! No joke, pool staff will remove towels so guests sleep there to stop them, there was also people on the 4th floor being robbed from men that was climbing into their rooms through the bathroom ceiling tiles, I’ve never encountered a place like it and you couldn’t pay me to return, AVOID! Also you get charged £50 for Wi-Fi that doesn’t work

The hotel is beautiful, the entertainment is brilliant, the staff are kind and helpful. The food in the restaurant has a lot of different selection which is very helpful. The evening shows are very enjoyable, will most definitely be back next year!
