Hotel bardzo zatłoczony, pełen pijanych Brytyjczyków. Dużo rodzin z dziećmi nie pilnujących swoich maluchów. Baseny zatłoczone nie ma szans na relaks albo na metr kwadratowy dla siebie. Basen dla dzieci brudny. Mój partner nabawił się infekcji obu uszu musieliśmy dzwonić po lekarza. Jak wstaniecie rano po godzinie 8 nie ma szans na leżak przy basenie. Ludzie czatują na leżaki już od godziny 7 rano ! Także jeśli chcecie mieć miejsce nastawiajcie budzik na urlopie ♀️. Duży wybór jedzenia ale bardzo przeciętne nastawione na Brytyjczyków także frytki, chicken nuggets i burgery dla dzieci. Obsługa bardzo miła szczególnie dziewczyna o imieniu Pelin ( Wanda) mój synek ja uwielbia . Jeśli chcecie oddać malucha do kids club musicie płacić dodatkowo £10 za jakieś 1,5h wieczorem. Muzyka bardzo głośna ze nie można normalnie porozmawiać. Meczet przy hotelu nawołujący 5 razy dziennie do modlitwy od 5:30 rano także zaopatrzcie się w korki do uszu . Jeśli chcecie wypocząć na urlopie nie polecam hotelu. Jeśli nastawieni jesteście na imprezę 24/7 to jak najbardziej. Pokoje bardzo obskurne i starej daty.

Świetny hotel dla rodzin z dziećmi pyszne jedzenie przez cały dzień restauracja główna , snack bar oraz kawa i ciasto w holu głównym , lody ,2 bary z napojami .wspaniali animatorzy 4 baseny w tym dwa male dla dzieci z dwiema zjeżdżalniami , kids club , w hotelu 4 sklepy dobrze zaopatrzone oraz fryzjer i studio tatuażu . doskonała lokalizacja hotelu wszędzie blisko , 20 min do plazy .pokoje starej daty ale czyste i sprzątane codziennie . Polecam.

Bylismy w hotelu 11 dni bardzo mila obsluga , super animacje, pyszne jedzenie, all inclusive 24.05h bardzo polecam mozna korzystac bez konca naprawde super a**osfera Jimmy, Jay and Jasmine najlepsi Animatorzy. Pozdrawiam Pankaro

Serdecznie polecam wszystko super. Bardzo fajny pobyt czysto pokoje codziennie sprzątane animatorzy zapewniają rozrywkę przez cały dzień. Jedzenia przepyszne różnorodne. Hotel położony w miejscu gdzie na wyciągnięcie ręki są restauracje sklepy kluby. Serdecznie polecam

This hotel is disgusting, we arrived on the 29th of April and are here until the 13th of may (if we can’t get early flights home) on the second day we went down for the buffet my little sister age-4 got the chicken nuggets and chips she sat down on the table with her food all happy she takes a bite in the chicken and it’s raw fully raw chicken mixed with half cooked chicken it was disgusting she kept eating until I looked over and saw how raw the nuggets were so I took them of her and went to the kitchen to explain there not cooked and they said “no way they are look yummy” then I said look there not cooked sort it out for other people until people get sick then he said “no speak English” he was laughing joking with his mates it was disgusting and disappointing. The next day she had to stay on bed all day being sick everywhere with a headache! Next day she was ok but still iffy but can I just say as well staff here can be really kind but for the most nasty and inappropriate the only way you can get a sunbeam is if u go down early and put a towel on top it which I did today and they got thrown in pool by staff horrible people if I could I would give it a 0 star review

We stayed here for a week and we didn’t want to come home! Excellent selection of food and drinks. The hotel itself is so lovely and especially the entertainment team that keep everyone smiling for the day especially jo and curly that went above and beyond! Definitely will be returning

Amazing hotel, best week ever can’t wait to return! Rooms were great, food selection and snack bar couldn’t be better. All-inclusive drinks were fab too! Entertainment team made the whole holiday, especially Jo. He was great with the kids and made sure we all had fun. 3 great pools one with slides and plenty of loungers, staff always helpful with getting loungers if needed.

The best hotel I have been to without a doubt. Food is incredible and always lots of different choices. The snack bar is without a doubt the best of the lot. Jay and his entertainment team are the best and are brilliant with both adults and kids. Already booked up to go back.
