Grand Yazici Club Turban Termal

What a wonderful resort! I was apprehensive at going the 2nd week of Easter in April, but to my happy surprise everything was as it would be during the summer months. The staff were all wonderfully friendly, the facilities were so fabulous and even better than expected, the food was outstanding with options in various places as well as à la cart restaurants to choose from. The beach with the jetty and lounges was my favourite place to be, being able to see the fish through the crystal clear water and swimming up to the pontoon each day. We tried the water sports which were very reasonably priced and great fun. The rooms were clean and very nice. The kids slides were brilliant and they had a whale of a time. The choice of food was outstanding. The entertainment was 2nd to none with staff offering entertainment such as water polo, but also there was a mini disco pretty much every night and some nights there was even other entertainment , in different venues across the hotel. The kids arcade in the basement was great fun and my kids loved it. The ice cream was available all day long and the Lemon Café was delightful with all sorts of cakes and pastries. The inside pool was a great alternative option, which also had a sauna. We visited the à la carte Chinese restaurant included in our package which was amazing, not to mention the views! There are lots of cats at the hotel, which was lovely to see. Some of them live there and are very friendly. Overall I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough as it exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend anyone to go here. If you get bored with everything I’ve mentioned there is even a boat trip you can take from the hotel for around €15 each or you can walk to Marmaris or Ichmeler on a special pathway. The bus to Marmaris is 50p each and is very convenient. We did bus there and then taxi boat back. The hotel is roughly 1.5hrs by private transfer from Dalaman airport.

We stayed here for 12 nights from entering the hotel it had a wow factor straight away from the initial service helping us with luggage to our room and the cleanliness throughout. This hotel had everything, genuinely we was not disappointed one bit ( maybe the mattress was a bit too firm if anything ) our experience wouldn't have been exceeded without these certain staff members. Huran and his cousin Metin ( look like twins ) they already knew our order and what we needed I.e highchair for baby before we even fully sat down they always made a fuss of our baby too, such nice people. Then the entertainment we could not speak highly enough of Murat, he was fantastic throughout and again made special effort with our kids and assisted any questions we had. He's perfect for the job he does. Egemen also was a good entertainer always smiled always engaged in conversation helped us and gave advise where to go. Cleaners were also brilliant whoever cleaned floor 4 in the main building were lovely always happy , polite and helpful only got one ladies name Tulay the others was younger lady and a older lady. Overall our stay was amazing ! We will definitly be back, the hotel literally had everything food was fresh full of variety and super tasty also we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Rooms are never cleaned properly. Room floor is always filthy! Had someones eyelashes left in bathroom since we arrived. Tea and water in the room is never replenished. Have been and asked 6 times to at-least leave water in the room for our child. We have reported this to the hotel guest relations and still doesn’t get done unless we ask 2 or 3 times. Poor standards.

First time I've put a review on TripAdvisor and thought this was worthy of saying. First time as a family of four with two teenagers in marmaris and it didn't disappoint. Very good impressions of the hotel and we stayed in the main building. Rooms where clean and a good size. The only downside is even though it was around 22 degrees at night the air con was quite poor considering, I imagine in the summer it could be a struggle. But that is really the only bad point, everything else from the facilities, the staff, the food was fantastic and would love to visit again. The jetty and private beach was great and we kept ourselves busy with days out, particularly good fun was the buggies and quad bikes and horse riding. Turtle beach boat trip was also lovely. Staff were very nice and accomdating, even the security and the cleaners where top class. We went at the end of October hoping into November so end of season and it was just busy enough for us with plenty to do. Definitely recommend at this time of year if your happy with mid twenties weather which we was!

The barmen Ümit and Sinan are the best ever. They work tirelessly to make sure the customer has the best experience. Thank you gentlemen for making our trip the best ever. Resort is superb, we absolutely love it We are so many happy with pool bar

Hotel room - We paid extra for a superior double, the room was very spacious however is in need of an update. Old cracks in the walls, floors marked and crack in the sink bit overall the bathroom was much more modern than the room. We didn't mind too much though as were only there to sleep and get ready. Housekeeping - Fantastic service really great cleaning of the room each day and making of beds. Our housekeeper also put some fresh flowers in the room which was such a lovely touch. Food and drinks - excellent choice in the main buffet restaurant, all fresh, really tasty and themed nights every night. Table service for drinks and service was fantastic. Al a carte restaurants- we ate at the steak House and food was good. Guest relations staff are in the al a carte restaurants each night and gice you a survey form to fill out. We put good instead of very good for greeting because we weren't greeted as had to find someone which wasn't a huge issue but hence the good instead of very good and disappointingly the supervisor saw as collected our mains and rudely questioned me on it remarking 'my greeting is only good' he was abrupt and made us feel uncomfortable so we left our desserts. We spoke to guest relations and they provided feedback and an extra al a carte meal for us. We also ate at the Italian which was absolutely fantastic, food was delicious and service was great! You can also eat at the al a carte steak house and Italian for lunch. Snack bar at the food court is good and is made fresh to order. The donner house is fantastic and the best donners we have ever had, so fresh and tasty. Drinks were great and when sat by the pool and seated areas, girls are on roller blades taking drink orders and deliver them to you. Huge shout out to Meliza and Didem who are fantastic! Deniz behind the bar is great, so friendly and funny. Bubble tea van is great, the kids loved it and all included. So is the ice cream which was great and much more than your typical all inclusive ice cream as this was a manned ice cream trolley with plenty of choice either in tubs or cone. Limon cafe was great with a huge selection of cakes and pastries. The coffee corner is amazing, large range of hot and cold coffees to choose from and again all included. Facilities - main pool is great, it's all on depth though so no shallow end for the little ones but there is a separate splash pool next to a park area and the football court. There is also a volleyball and tennis courts. Plenty of beds, great service from Sami who looked after the pool area and looked after us each day! Water slides were great, kids loved them! Entertainment- Staff are great each morning advising what is on that evening, come round to get involved in the different sports through the day like water polo, darts and boules. Evening entertainment was good as the kids disco and also entertainment down at the beach bar which different live bands on which was fantastic. Would recommend spending some

The hotel is stunning and clean. We had a family room which was perfect with a balcony with a great view. The food was brilliant and had a variety for everyone! The waiter staff was so friendly and helpful especially Omer who made sure we had whatever we needed every night. The beach is outstanding. The daily food was great and had so many choices. The pool was a lovely temperature and I liked the fact we always managed to get a sunbed. Never did we not get 1. The kids loved the kids club section and played there most of the time. We are booking to come back same time next year! The only bad thing I quite frankly can only say is that the WIFI is very slow but amazing time with my family!

Our 2nd year at this awesome hotel. Our 9th continuous year in Turkey. It is by far our favourite place to stay. The staff are so welcoming and can't do enough for you. They are like family by the time you leave. Rooms are perfect, so clean and the fridge is always full. Safe is free!! Rooms have brilliant air con and some have a ceiling fan. Sheets changed every other day, or daily if needed. Towels everyday. Facilities are faultless, lots of bars, restaurants and pools catering for all ages. The indoor pool is 45 degrees, the thermal pool is adult only and full of nourishing minerals to aid the body. We used the hairdressers for my ** year old dad. He looked great. They waxed his ears, nose and gave him a facial along with a hair wash and cut. His eyebrows were tidied too ready for the proffesional photographer on site We also used the message area. Very professional from bali. Great ladies, highly recommended. The setting is like paradise, fantastic flowers, trees, beach. Great for kids, coffee corner, lemon cafe and ice cream parlour is a favourite with them too. Security is excellent all over the hotel. The food in all the hotel is the best we have had in 9 years. So much choice. Every night in the main hotel is a theme, so along with a multitude of dishes, you get Italian, Chinese, fresh fish, etc something different each night. We really can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel, except try it for yourself and see!!

My wife and I have just returned from a wonderful 11 day break at the Grand Yazici Club Turban Thermal. This was I think our 11th visit to this hotel and following are some of the things that keep us and our family returning to this lovely hotel. The hotel is set in glorious,natural,tree and garden lined surroundings. The staff are always polite and helpful-with a few I would like to mention personally being-Selin and Damla the guest relations girls,Zeliha at the beach towel desk-always greeted with a smile,Sammy the pool guy and Murat always in control at the beach bar,these people along with all the staff work tirelessly to make this hotel great. The food and drink is varied and to a high standard. All the rooms are a great size and always kept clean and tidy by the hard working cleaning staff. The Wi-Fi is adequate. The nighttime entertainment was excellent,because of all the above we think this hotel offers tremendous value for money.
