Rooms are never cleaned properly. Room floor is always filthy! Had someones eyelashes left in bathroom since we arrived. Tea and water in the room is never replenished. Have been and asked 6 times to at-least leave water in the room for our child. We have reported this to the hotel guest relations and still doesn’t get done unless we ask 2 or 3 times. Poor standards.

First time I've put a review on TripAdvisor and thought this was worthy of saying. First time as a family of four with two teenagers in marmaris and it didn't disappoint. Very good impressions of the hotel and we stayed in the main building. Rooms where clean and a good size. The only downside is even though it was around 22 degrees at night the air con was quite poor considering, I imagine in the summer it could be a struggle. But that is really the only bad point, everything else from the facilities, the staff, the food was fantastic and would love to visit again. The jetty and private beach was great and we kept ourselves busy with days out, particularly good fun was the buggies and quad bikes and horse riding. Turtle beach boat trip was also lovely. Staff were very nice and accomdating, even the security and the cleaners where top class. We went at the end of October hoping into November so end of season and it was just busy enough for us with plenty to do. Definitely recommend at this time of year if your happy with mid twenties weather which we was!

We have just returned from a weeks stay at Club Turban and I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel! The selection and variety of food options/places to eat is second to none. The staff are friendly and always go above and beyond for you. A special mention to Musa in the main restaurant who always greeted us with a smile and gave 1st class service everytime. The evening entertainment is excellent but there is also quiet chill areas if that's not your thing. There is also lots of activities during the day but again it's never forced upon you. Already checking for next year's holiday! Thank you for an amazing stay.

What a lovely hotel. Staff were fantastic especially Tommy. Jengo in the bar and Sila in the restaurant. Food was good service was brill. Couldn't belive we had table service for drinks too. Will definitely go back. One of our group was gluten intolerant and they cooked everything separately for her

Have to say the hotel had everything we wanted in a family holiday loads of pools restaurants bars etc. staff were so attentive and nothing was a problem. We had two bed apartment with two toilets loads of room and close to all amenities. There is a Turkish Chinese Italian steak house and main restaurant Only one problem with this holiday a week wasn’t enough

The rooms were dirty , water leaked from the ceiling , carpet was sopping wet. Staff could not be bothered to assist and spent all their time On their mobile phones and chatting. Worst five star hotel I have ever stayed at.

Amazing resort. We had a villa really comfortable. Choice of restaurants excellent. Choice of food in buffet second to none. The beach was lovely with bar and restaurant nearby. Staff were so very friendly and nothing was too much. The site itself was superb will deffinitley return.

Loved our stay at this hotel - we had 8 nights and enjoyed it very much. The rooms are very clean, one day the cleaners decorated the room with petals and towel animals which was very sweet. The buffet restaurant had a wide variety of choice, the salads were very fresh and we were both very happy. Special mention to the two waiters who served us every night Musa and Mehmet Ali who were lovely. We always sat in their section as they made the experience better for us. We stayed for a week and chose the steak restaurant as our al a carte, there was an issue with our booking (not that we noticed as they fixed it straight away) but the customer relations at the hotel offered us an extra one any way - which we chose the Turkish. Both were very good, especially the starters at each. When at the Turkish it was my birthday and they made the evening very special, with a cake and singing which was a nice touch. The drinks are good - cocktails are on offer. The beach here is lovely, we sat on the pier section most days for some quiet from the children on the main beach and we did plenty of snorkelling. We are not pool people so don't have any experience with this. I also had a massage when at the hotel, it was really good as were the spa facilities. we also used the gym a few times, it is okay, nothing special but for a hotel gym it does the job. Overall the hotel is really clean, the staff are great and the food and drinks were very good. Would 1000% recommend and for the price we paid we honestly couldn't have asked for more, really good deal.

I had a problem concerning the check out. This was apparently a mistake. Seval attended the problem and found a satisfying solution. Minor issues have been remarked and be improved in the future. The premises are fantastic. The pools, the beach area,coffe areas, all very satisfying. the vegetarianbuffet isjust amazing, not carrots, lettuce, and tomatoes, but delicious vegetarian recipes,very tasty for everyone. We loved the turkish tea and the waiters in the main restaurant were nice and helpfull. At least in the beginning of may no problems in find a deckchair. We hope to be back
