Grand Yazici Club Turban Termal

What a wonderful resort! I was apprehensive at going the 2nd week of Easter in April, but to my happy surprise everything was as it would be during the summer months. The staff were all wonderfully friendly, the facilities were so fabulous and even better than expected, the food was outstanding with options in various places as well as à la cart restaurants to choose from. The beach with the jetty and lounges was my favourite place to be, being able to see the fish through the crystal clear water and swimming up to the pontoon each day. We tried the water sports which were very reasonably priced and great fun. The rooms were clean and very nice. The kids slides were brilliant and they had a whale of a time. The choice of food was outstanding. The entertainment was 2nd to none with staff offering entertainment such as water polo, but also there was a mini disco pretty much every night and some nights there was even other entertainment , in different venues across the hotel. The kids arcade in the basement was great fun and my kids loved it. The ice cream was available all day long and the Lemon Café was delightful with all sorts of cakes and pastries. The inside pool was a great alternative option, which also had a sauna. We visited the à la carte Chinese restaurant included in our package which was amazing, not to mention the views! There are lots of cats at the hotel, which was lovely to see. Some of them live there and are very friendly. Overall I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough as it exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend anyone to go here. If you get bored with everything I’ve mentioned there is even a boat trip you can take from the hotel for around €15 each or you can walk to Marmaris or Ichmeler on a special pathway. The bus to Marmaris is 50p each and is very convenient. We did bus there and then taxi boat back. The hotel is roughly 1.5hrs by private transfer from Dalaman airport.

We stayed here for 12 nights from entering the hotel it had a wow factor straight away from the initial service helping us with luggage to our room and the cleanliness throughout. This hotel had everything, genuinely we was not disappointed one bit ( maybe the mattress was a bit too firm if anything ) our experience wouldn't have been exceeded without these certain staff members. Huran and his cousin Metin ( look like twins ) they already knew our order and what we needed I.e highchair for baby before we even fully sat down they always made a fuss of our baby too, such nice people. Then the entertainment we could not speak highly enough of Murat, he was fantastic throughout and again made special effort with our kids and assisted any questions we had. He's perfect for the job he does. Egemen also was a good entertainer always smiled always engaged in conversation helped us and gave advise where to go. Cleaners were also brilliant whoever cleaned floor 4 in the main building were lovely always happy , polite and helpful only got one ladies name Tulay the others was younger lady and a older lady. Overall our stay was amazing ! We will definitly be back, the hotel literally had everything food was fresh full of variety and super tasty also we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Rooms are never cleaned properly. Room floor is always filthy! Had someones eyelashes left in bathroom since we arrived. Tea and water in the room is never replenished. Have been and asked 6 times to at-least leave water in the room for our child. We have reported this to the hotel guest relations and still doesn’t get done unless we ask 2 or 3 times. Poor standards.

First time I've put a review on TripAdvisor and thought this was worthy of saying. First time as a family of four with two teenagers in marmaris and it didn't disappoint. Very good impressions of the hotel and we stayed in the main building. Rooms where clean and a good size. The only downside is even though it was around 22 degrees at night the air con was quite poor considering, I imagine in the summer it could be a struggle. But that is really the only bad point, everything else from the facilities, the staff, the food was fantastic and would love to visit again. The jetty and private beach was great and we kept ourselves busy with days out, particularly good fun was the buggies and quad bikes and horse riding. Turtle beach boat trip was also lovely. Staff were very nice and accomdating, even the security and the cleaners where top class. We went at the end of October hoping into November so end of season and it was just busy enough for us with plenty to do. Definitely recommend at this time of year if your happy with mid twenties weather which we was!

My wife and I have just returned from a wonderful 11 day break at the Grand Yazici Club Turban Thermal. This was I think our 11th visit to this hotel and following are some of the things that keep us and our family returning to this lovely hotel. The hotel is set in glorious,natural,tree and garden lined surroundings. The staff are always polite and helpful-with a few I would like to mention personally being-Selin and Damla the guest relations girls,Zeliha at the beach towel desk-always greeted with a smile,Sammy the pool guy and Murat always in control at the beach bar,these people along with all the staff work tirelessly to make this hotel great. The food and drink is varied and to a high standard. All the rooms are a great size and always kept clean and tidy by the hard working cleaning staff. The Wi-Fi is adequate. The nighttime entertainment was excellent,because of all the above we think this hotel offers tremendous value for money. We have been home less than 24 hours and missing it already. What a brilliant hotel. Food was great. Chinese a la carte was really nice. Food in the buffet was great. Really good selection, you get the odd few people complaining but they are obviously used to chicken nuggets and chips at home 🤣 There is food at all times, you can also eat at the a la carters at lunch time different menu but still very nice. We ate at steak house and Italian for lunch you don’t need to book or pay. A lot of people complaining about smoking on non smoking areas but I have only seen people smoke outside. Which is fair enough. Didn’t bother us and was only the odd few. A few different pools to choose from. My daughter enjoyed a morning dip in the indoor warm pool every day until the main pool warmed up a little. Towels are provided. The cleaners around the pool and bar area also deserve a mention because they are literally standing around all day in the heat and as soon as there is any littler or rubbish on your table it is cleaned away. Plenty to do for all ages. Entertainment was fantastic and something for all ages every day. My daughter loved the mini disco and the entertainment shows. And just any music in general lol The coffee corner was great, even made my daughter warm milk in her bottle most evening gs whenever I asked for it. Was good that the Smirnoff vodka was on the all inclusive and my partner enjoyed the Jonny walker whisker being on it too 🥴🤣 nice little touch that you can get a mixed nut selection too if you ask for some from behind the bar. Turkish massage is well worth the money, feel like I have a new back. We were in the main hotel not the bungalows and with a nearly one year old it was perfect. Room was great my mum had her own room with bathroom and so did we in the same hotel room. So both had our privacy. Beach area is nice with own private beach and all the decking area. The dancers were there when we were there and were no issues at all (seen a few people complaining) Got to say all the staff at the hotel were fantastic. And really I yeract d with my daughter who absolutely loved all the attention 🤣 Especially these three in the photos. And the Dj who got her behind the decks as she was the only one on the dance floor for the sunset dj party most days lol. The girl bringing drinks on the roller skates by the pool (Melissa I think) was fantastic coming over asking us what drinks we wanted all day. Doing little roller skating tricks for my daughter as she loved to watch them skate. Deniz at the bar absolutely fantastic service always has a laugh with everyone and comes over to say hi. But Omar (I think that’s his name) from the restaurant, absolutely amazing. He was over at our table every time we ate, with a high chair for my daughter asking us what drinks we wanted for table service. Nothing was too much for him. We are currently staying at the Grand Yazıcı Club and are thoroughly enjoying our experience. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the front desk to the cleaning crew, everyone has been incredibly friendly and attentive. A special shoutout goes to the young man at the buffet, Musa Kanat. His service is truly outstanding—he knows our drink preferences, is always cheerful, and refills our drinks without us even asking. Musa ensures we are well taken care of, and his impeccable service really adds to our enjoyment. The food selection here is excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. However, we would love to see the allowance to use the à la carte restaurant extended to more than once per seven days, as the experience is truly delightful and adds to the overall dining pleasure. The only slight downside is that the rooms are a bit dated. However, this is quickly overshadowed by the fantastic service and overall quality of the hotel. The amazing staff make our stay memorable, and we are already looking forward to the rest of our time here. Thank you to everyone at the Grand Yazıcı Club for making our stay so enjoyable!

Walked into the hotel. It's a massive Wow factor. Rooms are spotless and comfy. Outside looks like paradise. Only let down was entertainment in evenings. Well lack of it. Swimming pools are luxury. Food was amazing with so much to chose from

Turban Hotel is always with good memories! We enjoy staying here with my family in any seoson! With a great beach and a good campus with nature full of birds singing along. We Experience both shows and Kids entertainments and at the same time relaxing and silence. Last year we had a problem with room location, but they immediatly taken action to improve our stay and make a change with good guest relationship response. Food is always good! Good quality shows in the night! We are experiencing even better service this year in room services in seperate villas in the hotel campus. Kids club quality is over the average but you need to check, it is changing every year. Kids are always excited to go to aqua slay pool, kids food court etc. They have a dance festival this year with very busy program. We have not been effected with the program as a hotel guest, even feel lucky to join the music and dance everywhere that we dance with my daughters with a welcoming enviroment! I will review the foods this year as well! My expectations is allways high for Grand Yazıcı Turban!
