Beautiful hotel fantastic entertainment lovely friendly people will come again sunshine all day Good food friendly staff will do anymore you rep jane for jet 2 is amazing and perfect hotel and It's great because the staff is very nice their entertainment and team deserve appreciation

Stayed at the Grand Pasa in May 2024...had a fab time.....excellent Hotel ....great food and staff. The entertainment team have been fantastic the whole week...especially Zayn....always time for a friendly chat. Will be back in July bby

Had an absolute amazing week at Grand Pasa, the staff are all amazing and helpful especially Zayn from the entertainment team who looked after us every day,the hotel is spotless and food is good also,we got a sunbed every day no problem, loved everything at this hotel and will defo go bk soon.

entertainment team make the hotel. hannah the best person ever. but the food is not good. bar staff are good. hotel is generally nice. rooms good they cleaning everyday . if same entertainment will be here we definitely come back next year. thank you for everything. (they should work on the food)

Omar, hotel brilliant. Really good service and nice crew, met a whole lot of nice people from around the world, met this really nice guy called Omar, he happens to own The most welcoming jewelry store I have ever seen, I bought 2 peace’s of jewelry from the store and they don’t disappoint, Omar altos helped me fix my ring and my necklaces for a very good price, so If you are staying at grand Pasa I would really recommend you to check out this shop,

This is our fifth time here and yet again, I can’t fault this hotel!! This is genuinely our favourite place to escape to. Omer in the jewellery shop is such a great person and friend. We can’t help but purchase something every time we come because his jewellery is just stunning. He has anything and everything and if you still can’t see what you want, he’ll make a custom design for you and have it looking exactly how you like which is amazing! We’ve purchased necklaces, bracelets, rings, anklets, you name it - and his stuff is just fantastic (and very sparkly!) Ali is the head entertainer again this year and him and his team are utterly fantastic. Everyone is so friendly and the afternoon games and dancing are hilarious by the pool! There’s also various different games every day like the water polo, darts, killer pool and so much more. It’s genuinely such a great laugh! The food is also great. There’s literally something for everyone including standard British cuisine as well as traditional Turkish foods too. Yasar is such a lovely man and works so hard to make sure you enjoy everything about your time in the restaurant. There’s so many facilities onsite too including a grocery shop, tattoo parlour, clothes/ bag shop, jeweller, hairdresser and spa. Like I said, I genuinely can’t fault this place. We’ve already booked to return in August again and I can’t wait!!

First time here and I would definatley come back. The hotel is spotless and the staff and so friendly and kind. The entertainment staff are fab and keep the kids entertained. The shop/ jewellers/ hairdressers and tattoo shop I would highly recomend again staff are friendly. Hairdressers are very professional and did a fabulous job on my extension and my child's braids. Could not fault this place.

Been to this hotel 12 times now and can’t fault a thing from reception to dining room to bars all staff are so attentive and everywhere always clean and tidy. Staff are brilliant as are folk that have shops there. Going back is like meeting old friends like Omer the jeweller (who always greets me with a smile and offers great advice and has great selection with great prices and also made ring for me last year) Then there Ruhi and his brother Akif that run hairdressers and tattoo shops and Magic Mike with great selection of clothes and trainers and not forgetting Speedy and his sister that run the spa.……… And all day the entertainment team run by Ali make us laugh and work tirelessly. Keep up the good work Grand Pasa and will see you all again real soon 🇹🇷🕶️☀️

Very friendly hotel I really enjoyed the spa the people there was friendly and best massage I’ve ever had at a great price I’ve had Turkish bath I caught very good sun tan after it scrubbed my skin very good feel so fresh after it I highly recommend
