lovely room,very comfy bed,small chic boutique hotel and not a rush for sunbeds around pool. pool area was relaxing pool bar was not crowded,food selection was fine and you always found something good too eat. friendly staff also. Room 359 Mr Mrs Rawson

This hotel is definitely NOT a 5 star hotel. The decor is old and dated and the whole hotel is dark with inadequate lighting in rooms. It is in need of an urgent update. The whole place is a bit grubby with no daily cleaning of pool areas. It could do with a good sweep and mop. The all inclusive drinks package is ... well .... limited. Limited to vodka, gin and whiskey. Mixers are Fanta orange, Sprite and diet and normal coke. They don't have any other spirits here despite the bar shelves advertising bacardi and rum and any other bottle you can think of. There's a mini bar in the room but this is NOT free even on an all inclusive package. Good points ... the food is EXCELLENT. Personally the Turkish breakfast is not for me but the array of breakfast items is good and very varied. Every other meal time I have thoroughly enjoyed what's on offer. Lots and lots of choice of delicious food amd sweets. The dining room staff are hit and miss with one young lady being very attentive and doing the work while the lads are usually standing around on the phone. Could do with a microwave for those who want their food hotter. The bedroom is nice and spacious but DARK and dated.. very tired looking. The shower head isn't very high and I have to duck to wash my hair and I'm 5ft 7. All staff are lovely but speak very little if any English and sometimes.its hard to find a staff member at the bar. There seems to be no one staffing the inside bar once the outside pool bars have closed and NO ENTERTAINMENT . I don't have a child but it doesn't seem to be child friendly with deep pools (one tiny kid pool size of large paddling pool) and small toddler play area. Would be a nice 3 star hotel if the drinks package was better.

Reception were perfect,our room was fantastic, big spacious,cleaned every day. Food was lovely and drinks in restaurant. We loved the jetty.all staff helpful courteous. Couple of eh woman bit trashy but was fun too watch the antics,, entertainment was OK,other years we've stayed was more entertainment,, Ethiopian acrobats were the best. We had fab holiday and coming back 2024 .been visiting turkey mainly marmaris and icmeler 25 years and elegance hotel fabulous for us

This is coming from someone, who has been there over 20 times since 1998 (when it was still half-board): Elegance is getting worse from stay to stay. As far I know the old owner is not in charge anymore, since that it‘s going downhill. Rooms urgently need a makeover and better cleaning (we had a cockroach in ours!). Catering: The food has never been pretty various, but in last september it was a joke: Pasta and tomatoe sauce nearly every day, Pide everyday, no variation at all, so we had to go out to eat several times. My highlight was frozen corn at the „Silent Pool Buffet“ - very delicious! Included drinks are from the lowest quality you can imagine and watered down, so better bring your own. Animation: Not existing. The „Animation Team“ is just walking around, acting busy but don‘t interact with anyone (unless you‘re a young female of a certain origin, as other nationalities get ignored). The „shows“ at night are 15 minutes long and always the same for years now. They had a pretty good dance crew in May and June, but I assume they are just too good compared to the rest. The so called DJ is blasting too loud playlists that doesn‘t suit to the guests at all, so many leave early to go to bed instead. What else to say? Most workers don‘t speak a single word english which lead to pretty „funny“ situations when you want to return your towel for example. There is also one strange guy (I can name him if necessary) working in the restaurant and the Hana Beach restaurant that asked to hug my girlfriend and take photos with her with me sitting right next to her. If you want to get a drink at evening be prepared to wait, because there is only one bartender (intentionally)? WiFi is only working sometimes, if you have to check mails or anything urgent, keep that in mind. Funny thing is: There is one guy with a suite and shades running around all day pretending to be the manager looking at his smartphone. If you are the manager, why don‘t you notice the obvious? Why has a regular customer to list all that points? I understand if you have to cut the budget or something, but this has nothing to do with a 5 star hotel (anymore). If you kept reading you may wonder why I still gave 2 stars: I love the location combined with 25 years of memories and there are still some workers that make feel you welcome every time I visit. Unfortunately that‘s not enough anymore, which leads us to pick another hotel for the upcoming years. Sadly all I will receive is that „thanks for your feedback mail“ instead of real changes.

The hotel was fantastic for what me and my family expected until checkout we went as a party of 15 and it was personally OK . I looked past the fact the kettle did not work as I could go down stairs and get coffee from 3 diffrent places and take it back to my room however I did mention the fact that it did not work but nobody seem to want to replace it. The WiFi was not great on the 4th floor . The TV had really poor reception only 2 channels were really watchable all the others looked like the ariel needed moving shame as they show primer league games on the other channels. The Aircon works for only about 30 seconds then switchs off would of been OK if there's was not the Irish bar outside your window that blasts music till 2 am you could off left the balcony door open. I could off looked past of this and given 4 stars and we did give tips however as we had 6 rooms and each room was given 3 room keys and 3 towel cards which YOU MUST GIVE BACK on departure if you do not they will try and Charge £20 for each one missing if you refuse they will tell the drivers who are taking you to the Airport not to leave. 1 of my party lost 1 of there towel cards and it took 20 minutes to sort out This was not a programmable card like a room key just a bit plastic that is shaped like a credit card . In the UK we buy 250 room keys for around £350 that are programmable they are definitely not worth £20 each and you will not know they will charge you for them until you try to leave.

We stayed here for 3 days,short family vacation.The hotel is excellent.Beautiful location,very comfortable and clean rooms,delicious food.But what it really makes the difference is the people who work there.Every single one of them is kind,always smiling and willing to do everything to help you. Thanks to everybody,reception staff,grooms,restaurant waiters and housekeeping staff for making our staying here an experience that we are looking forward to repeat. Location is perfect. Has private beach and walking distance to many shops, bars and restaurants. Staff are helpful and friendly. Beach pool and bar lively all day with activities and music. Quiet pool is better for a more peaceful swim with kids pool. Quiet pool bar is also the best…great cocktails and service from barman Volkan! and lunchtime snacks are good. We also met Irfan (the hairdresser rep) who was fun and persuaded us to go to the Salon. During our stay we had hair cut and full colour dye, Brazilian keratin treatments, daughter had her hair braided, we had full pedicures and gel polish and men and women’s facial and Turkish barber cut and shave. Half the price of a UK salon and the BEST results ever (we had initial treatments and went back for more!) Would 100% recommend the salon, you won’t be disappointed. Irfan, Rose, Adem and Magic man… you’re a great team and we thank you.

Just to detail the worst holiday experience of my life!! I have been to MANY 5* hotels and this was not one of them. 1. Room was basic, bathroom dirty and fittings falling apart. 2. All inclusive drinks were abysmal. Complete lack of choice. 3. Restaurant had inadequate seating, staff did nothing to help you find a seat. Food was also bland. 4. No chance at getting a sunbed if you weren't putting towels down by 6/7am. 5. Too many people allowed to smoke all over the place with no consideration for others. 6. RACISM!!! If you are not White, don't go to this hotel. The staff and other guests (mainly Russians and Turkish) do not seem to realise that there are Black people who are just as affluent, if not more, than them. We were constantly stared at and treated as second class citizens. To the hotel management, do not bother copying and pasting the same tired response that I have seen on the rest of the complaints. Just disappointed that I have to give any stars at all. AWFUL!

At first glance you convince yourself that this hotel is located on an idyllic beach front setting and the staff seem to be ok, Some better than others so what could go wrong? The alarming truth about this hotel is about the management and how they encourage their guests to be robbed by their hotel lobby shop. In my case the tiny & mediocre jewellery shop with plenty of poorly made “knock off”pieces. The owner of this particular shop tricked me out of four thousand pounds from me (long story) and when I addressed it with the hotel, suddenly they were unavailable to comment. Yes, indeed be warned about this place. I believe they work hand in hand to take your cash and hope you won’t miss it when you return. I would never recommend this hotel unless you are ready for financial loss and negligence by the management. How embarrassing is this situation for you I wonder?
