Never again staff are lovely working with what they have limited choices on all inclusive drinks breakfast is the worst lunch dinner is ok beds are like stone think they do that so you spend money are the spa the brits pub next door is grand great breakfast £5 for a cocktail you go down the beach side your looking at £12.50 a cocktail

We came Hawaii Hotel approximately one week ago with my bf. And it is really nice place. Starting with food. It is cooked well, taste is delicious, different typeof, Chef knows his job. Swimming pool is clean, cleaning service works amazing in general. The all the time clean area around, take fast plates and glasses from tables, tide up rooms and so on. The hotel room is good quality too, pretty modern design inside. Beach side is near, 1 minute from hotel. Staff are so polite, smiled all the time do drinks, that we asked to mix up. Everybody knows their job and does it best way. Music never f*cks your brain. All the time medium volume. Alcohol quality is amazing, I didn’t feel any hangover even after drinking a lot of cocktails 👍🏻. I would definitely come back here again!

I have just returned from staying at the Hawaii Hotel on a package tour we arrived at 03:30am after an exhausting flight that had been delayed. we were met by a very smart receptionist who offered us a packed meal on arrival it was just what we needed and he was amazing he found us someone to help us with the cases to our room and with a tired 3 year old we were very grateful . In the morning we came down to breakfast and found a wide variety of food from omelettes to fried eggs scrambled egg toast cereal continental breakfast and turkish breakfast there was always fresh fruit and always a welcoming smile from the head chef Omar Tas. who i have become a life long friend with although my waist size says different he is amazing always surprising the guests with different dishes fish, casseroles and an amazing curry that even in England would win awards this chef went out of his way to accommodate each guests request and we felt we were staying at the ritz at times .we have been to turkey and stayed in some undesirable establishments in the past but this was like winning the lottery! the Bar was in easy reach of the pool and had a large variety of local spirits and i can personally recommend the" ticky boo " we were served by lovely geniune staff who i feel went above and beyond to help you. Zainab Gucci ibrahim are among a staff team that would grace any 5 star hotel ! i cant think of a negative to this hotel it has become our dream location and hope to return in August to meet our new friends again i would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants more for your money even the gardener went out of his way to make sure my young grandaughter had the best Holiday ever the manager was always present should you have any complaint at all and worked tirelessly to make sure that everthing was perfect for our holiday. Last but not least the cleaners fresh towels every day room cleaned every alternate day couldnt fault her. a great big well done and thank you to the staff of the Hawaii

The location is excellent. Well within walking distance of the waterfront, bars, restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious and have a great view. The service staff at the reception and restaurant are very polite and courteous. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful little gem of a hotel staff best i have ever met, from the lovely chambermaid to the hard working waiting staff, always a smile and first class service. The food was excellent buffet style with breakfast lunch burgers etc dinner. All well presented any problems were dealt quickly by reception overall a great holiday Thank you

Me and my family went to this hotel for the first time. The staff and management are fantastic, food and drinks were nice the pool very clean and well kept. A big thank you to Ibrahim from the bar made us smile and lovely cocktails. We arrived home 3 days ago and booked yesterday to come back in September. Keep up the good work.

These staff were amazing, me and my friend got along well with them all, especially Ibrahim who worked at the bar, he was always smiling and joking with us, he took care of everyone without leaving the customer, he was very welcoming and made the best drinks! The cleaner was very sweet and kind, the food was very good, they were always cooking something fresh in the back, honestly we were all a family and I lived like I was at home. 100% repeat visit on average.

Loved it all! The staff are all lovely, friendly, polite and dedicated to serve well. This is the first hotel I have visited that I have enjoyed every meal, and we are both over 60. The hotel itself is nice, quiet and chilled, but literally a minutes walk down a path is the main *****, the beach with free sunbeds on the waters edge and shops. Minor negatives, the WiFi isn't great, and I was told the advertised gym has closed down, but still, we both said this is the best hotel we've stayed at, thank you everyone. Norma and Dave

Just returned from a weeks stay at the hawaii. Well what can i write. I ask this question because my entire stay was amazing. lets start with the rooms. clean comfortable and well kept. maid service was excellent always polite and freindly. Food in restaraunt was of excellent quality lots of cold options, at least 5 different hot options, Salads ,Breads and Cakes were delicious. also grill options from the barbecue all superb. A good mix of turkish and european dishes were available for all meals. the chef and his staff were very polite and helpfull at all meal times to advise on the foods available. they even cooked my wife vegetarian pizza on more than 1 occasion. now the good part for the all inclusives. the all inclusive drinks menu was first class. of really good quality and served by the nicest staff i have encountered in a long time. exceptionally attentive. I have take my hat off to Yusuf who has created a fantastic team. must give a special mention to zeyneb and gokce. who`s service was outstanding during the whole holiday as was all the other staff. Final thoughts on this hotel. well as the say"It was so good we are doing it twice." going back in august.
