Riad Livia Marrakech - Adults Only

This is a small, five room riad in the middle of the Medina. The decor is beautiful, the rooms comfortable and spotlessly clean! The best part about this riad is the Amazing staff! Mohamed, Hafsa, Hafid, the kind, cleaning lady, and the wonderful cook, make this riad a true gem in the city of Marrakesh! They made us feel like family! They were very accommodating to our requests, and everything was well organized and run professionally! Every day we awoke to a beautiful breakfast. The food was quite tasty. The dinner we had there was traditional and exceptional. I highly recommend staying at the Riad Livia if you get the chance!! I hope to be a guest here again! Jylinn

This is a must for anybody wanting true Marrakesh authenticity deep in the working heart of the city. A beautiful Riad with exceptional staff, roof terrace and very comfortable rooms. Here you will be greeted by either Hafsa or Mohammed who are absolutely first class. Every hotel should have somebody as good as these people. Also our driver Yesin who always managed to get his vehicle down the difficult streets to collect or drop us off. First class experience all round

My stay at Riad Livia was absolutely delightful! The rooms are stunning, with a perfect 10/10 decor. The rooftop offers a relaxing sun-soaked retreat and a refreshing dip in the water. The neighborhood is charming, with friendly and helpful locals. The staff is very helpful and friendly too. I felt at ease straight away. I would gladly return for another stay!

I spent a night at Riad Livia... and what a pleasure! The first that I felt was a warm tea welcome with the calmness of the space, torally contrasted with the chaotic city. I love details and the riad was full of them... the shampoos, creams.. the warm low lights... and later you have the wonderful terrace with little pool. All really beautiful. But the very best was the staff, really attentive and kind. Mohammed and Hafid (not sure you write it like that) just wanna say thank you! -let's not forget the bathtub-

Welcoming staff and also very informative. Breakfast was amazing. Everything was clean and had peaceful vibe. Mohammed took his time and answered all of our questions. He speaks English, French and Arabic. This was our best riad while staying in Morocco. I definitely recommend stay here, you won't be disappointed!, also don't miss fantastic terrace.

The best riad I ever been. The rooms are spacious and the the bed so comfortable. The decoration is so pretty and the staff is just amazing. We were trying to finish early our tour to go back to the riad just to enjoy the terrace and the swimming pool. Thank you again. We will come back again

We stayed at Riad Livia from 11-14th of May. We are group of 7 girls that took up 3 of the rooms. One based on the ground floor and two on the first floor. The Riad Livia is a great location in the Medina, literally 13mins walk to the Jemma El-Fnaa square and all the other attraction around the square. Great location for food, drinks and restaurants. Riad Livia itself is gorgeous, modern, peaceful and tastefully decorated. Ground floor has a typical Riad open area with orange trees and water features with one room downstairs which we took up which was just gorgeous. Top floor had a jacuzzi and some deck chairs and a bed to chill which obviously we used every night. And second floor had a breakfast area which is absolutely stunning. The staff are amazing. Really helpful and good with sorting things out right away and also helped with arranging transport, trips and booking. Mohammed the day supervisor and Afil the night supervisors were just amazing. They were god sent and they ensured group of women were safe and looked after us so well. The cleaning staff were just exceptional and even did our laundry for free. The owner was around as well and she was amazing and friendly, it can been seen she takes pride in this property. We will stay at Riad Livia again…and again.

Riad doby - now riad livia - a tranquil oasis in the chaos of Marrakech …: The most beautiful little riad, tranquil, superb staff, great rooms, lovely roof terrace, huge breakfasts … a short walk away from the bustle this is a great riad to base yourself at for exploring old town Marrakech The staff are fantastic The rooms generous and extremely well set out… for those that need wifi it’s excellent… Highly recommended!!

Am Anfang ist das Riad ein wenig schwer zu finden. Sobald man jedoch eintritt, fühlt man sich wie in einer anderen Welt. Es duftet gut nach Orangen und der Empfang ist äußerst nett. Auch kann man gut auf der Dachterrasse entspannen, wenn einem Marrakesch an sich mal zu viel und hektisch wird.
