Riad Flam & Spa

Rooms are clean and very nice. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is nice and included. Fantastic location in a quiet street right off of the main tourist section of Marrakesh. They have a nice rooftop terrace. There is a small pool in the courtyard which is unusual for a riad. There was a bar and jacuzzi on the terrace which I believe was damaged during the earthquake but they are repairing it.

The Riad is beautiful and it has a nice view in the rooftop. The staff is very nice and welcoming. It’s very well located, close to everything but in a calm place. The breakfast is great, too! With homemade bread, cake and yorgurt. I really recommend it

I stayed at here for 1 week in July in a very spacious room on the first floor overlooking the comfortable and picturesque courtyard. Room - very good Air con, strong Wi-Fi, smart TV. Trea**ents - had a hanmam and massage in the trea**ent rooms both were very good after a day of exploring the medina. Location - perfect - 5 minutes walk and you are in the main square and practically neighbours with the Bahia Palace Staff - excellent Hussain and Hisham can organise everything for you, trips, walking guides, restaurant bookings. This team live and breath Marrakech I had a very good time at Riad Flam and would recommend it to anyone.

Great We have been to this riad flam it was our best time during our travel we are pleased of the services all is good riad good and we will definitely come back soon the staff is one of the amazing people road and spa are beautiful dinner is good as well

The service at this riad was welcoming, and genuine. The staff are multi-lingual, knowledgeable, open, and enjoy a good joke. They went out of their way to provide us with information and recommendations - they were possibly the highlight of the already great hotel! The riad is located 10 mins walk from Jemaa et-Fnaa, next to Bahia Palace, so everything is only a short walk. The riad has a pool downstairs (which we used everyday, given the 43+ deg heat). There was another pool on the terrace (which has a great view!) but it was being renovated at the time of our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfasts were filling, and changed a little every morning with what was served. I would highly recommend this place, and I would definitely go back again next time I visit. My thanks again (from me and my sister!) to the staff at the Riad Flam and Spa for such a wonderful stay!

We are have been staying in riad flam for a couple of days where we were totally astonished about the old city Medina ,we had hammams and massages the lady was amazing dinner is absolutely delicious we will come back thanks for the staff who were professional.

Our stay was excellent. The staff were lovely and helpful - communication was great. The riad was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious - fresh fruit and local breads and cakes. We had an excellent hammam at the riad too. There was not a second pool as advertised- we assume this was damaged during the recent earthquake. Apart from this, the stay was perfect! Close to everything we needed - a safe area, offering all amenities.

One of the most beautiful cities in Morocco.Very beautiful Riad and close to most attractions.the room was spacious . The staff are very helpful and friendly. Thank you Issam and the team, we couldn’t have asked for a better hospitality. Will definitely recommend!

In a nutshell….. the most friendly people ever, always a smile for us. Gorgeous room, super comfy bed. Beautiful breakfast and dinner. We had a fantastic time and felt so relaxed….well done and thank you. The area is busy but so interesting and fun to chat with all different sorts of people, we loved our trip. In particular we really enjoyed the food.
