Palm Plaza Marrakech Hotel & Spa

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. 4 amazing nights and a lovely afternoon by the pool side. Pool water was cold though.

很好的體驗，酒店服務人員十分熱情，幫忙拿行李，換零錢，泳池很乾凈，房間舒適整潔，早餐美味，十分適合度假休閑，很好的體驗，期待未來再次入住

設備老舊，管理差。 很一般的酒店 老日的星級酒店，問題不在於設備舊，在於管理，多是接待團隊。預訂的房問空調是壞的，等了兩小時才給換了一個一樓房間，但是通往花園的門還是壞的，換句話就是誰都可以進來。 這地方遠離景點，太多要改進的地方了！

沒有對比沒有傷害，摩洛哥本地五星級的酒店對比國內和歐洲來講還是差了些，早餐內容也不多。

Bon hôtel, bien situé, propre et le personnel est très aimable.

En ce qui concerne la chambre, un début de séjour et une première soirée mitigé, étant très maniaque et regardant sur la propreté, ma première chambre était très poussiéreuse et mal isolée, dès le lendemain, l’équipe de l’accueil m’a changé de chambre, beaucoup moins de poussière mais pas à la hauteur de mes attentes, je pense que les chambres nécessitent un peu plus d’entretien et de rafraîchissement. En ce qui concerne les parties communes, la propreté est aux rendez-vous et le gel hydroalcoolique est mis à disposition. Quant à la salle de sport et à la piscine , au top je n’ai rien à dire, très bien entretenues. La restauration est correcte dommage que certains restaurants de l’hôtel soient fermés à cause du Covid. Les agents de la réception, de la restauration, du SPA et de la piscine sont à l’écoute et sont très réactifs. Dommage qu’il n’y a pas de possibilité de transfert en provenance de l’aéroport ce qui est très appréciable lorsqu’on atterrit à 23h50. Pour finir, le séjour s’est bien déroulé malgré quelques améliorations à apporter et un sens du détail à développer. Merci pour ce séjour.

I stayed in this hotel with my husband who was working in Marrakech during the day. It is most definitely not a five star hotel. It is directly under the flight path from the airport, the bathroom smelt of sewage, and the outside furniture is dirty, see photo. I also had a bad experience with a taxi driver who the hotel found for me. I asked politely at reception for help with getting a taxi to take me to the the Jemaa square. I pointed out that I was on my own, and that it was my first visit. The concierge called a taxi from across the road from the hotel. I showed him and the taxi driver the Jemaa square on my map, which is where I wanted to go to. They both agreed as to where I was going, a price was agreed. And so the taxi driver stopped outside a shop and insisted that I went inside for 'berber tea'. I refused, he drove off, and I was lost. I was in an area of local people who did not speak English. I tried to speak French, but they didn't understand me. Wifi wouldn't work on my phone, and I couldn't find a street name to help with using my map. I felt frightened and panicky. After walking up and down for ten minutes I spotted a couple who I thought might be European. Luckily they were from London, and they helped me find my way to the square, I was a ten minute walk away. When I got back to the hotel the staff weren't interested in my bas experience, even though I pointed out that they found the taxi for me. I think the driver was known to them, is a regular, and they feed him first time visitors like myself. Do not stay here - there must be better hotels!
