A hotel where you can truly unwind and forget your everyday worries. They redefine what a holiday should be. Conveniently located near the airport and adjacent to a nightclub for party enthusiasts, it's also close to the souk. The food is exceptional, and the 'All Inclusive, including alcohol' package is definitely worth it. Note that spa facilities, except for the gym, come at an additional cost.

We loved our stay. Great bed, lovely shower, reliable internet (even at the pool). Rooms a nice size (small balconies) and A/C worked well. Excellent food especially the local food, although sometimes it could have been a little warmer! Yosef (the curry specialist) was a delight and his chicken curry and vegetable masalas were delicious! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Love to come back!

Excellent value hotel just outside Marrakesh and perfect for a golf tour. Easy to agree with many previous reviews in that it is under the flight path and the breakfast is a bit weak but that is more than reflected in the price. Salim looked after us in the bar and would recommend this for any tour

Room was ready around 13:00 which was great Hotel- beautiful décor, you really feel like in Morocco A/C did not work during the whole stay (5 nights), our key did not work on arrival and the porter sent us to the reception to exchange (he should have offered a replacement) Beautiful décor Moroccan room, which was not cleaned properly (found a hair on the bed upon check in) Location- great, 15 min drive from airport No À la carte restaurant available during the stay which was very disappointing Breakfast- good selection but limited coffee, no spoons available, service extremely poor Lunch- excellent outdoor lunch with great selection of Moroccan cuisine Dinner- only available as buffet at the Cat Restaurant- decent, but nothing special Swimming pool- super cold- impossible to enter at least until 14:00, I like the fact that no one was reserving the beds in the morning Main Bar- opened from18:00, live music and super vibe, tables very dirty. Only local spirit available as all inclusive, all international- extra charge Special mention to waiter Karim- who was excellent with his personalised service and genuine smile. If those above would change, that would be my favourite Hotel in Marrakesh for my upcoming stays, but I would look for something better next time

Awful service. Hotel described as serene and tranquil but is under a flight path and planes fly through the night. You won’t get any sleep. Wi-Fi is intermittent and poor. There is no iron in the rooms and one cannot be provided. You have to use their laundry and ironing service. targeted towards French and Arab speaking guests , very few staff speak English. Less 5 star, more 2 star experience, Notwithstanding the building itself is beautiful. Lots of other hotel options, give this one a miss.

An attractive resort with friendly, helpful staff, but the food offering could have been improved in terms of variety. The resort is beautifully presented, in the style of a riad, with internal courtyards. There is a large swimming pool, which unfortunately is not heated and was therefore freezing cold, even on a day when the temperature was in the high 30s C. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and particular thanks go to Khalid at Reception for the assistance he provided on a couple of occasions. Whilst the resort has four restaurants, there was only ever one open at a time, with the Moroccan restaurant never open during the week, which was disappointing. With the exception of a couple of days when there was a large corporate party at the resort, occupancy appeared to be quite low during the period of my stay, which may have impacted restaurant opening. The quality of the food was fine, but choices were limited, with first courses and desserts always the same at both lunch, at the Pool Bar, and dinner, at The Cat. Having said that, the patisserie provided for dessert, whilst repetitive, was excellent. It would also be helpful if dishes were labelled, as it was not always easy to tell what exactly was on offer.
