The location is perfect as it is near the train station since I came in by train from Casablanca.

The hotel is in great location. Amenities are good pool is good too. But the staff are not well trained in hospitality. The aircon did not work in entire hotel. One of the days the room service did not come and I had to call them 3 time to get my room done. I even asked one day to warm my takeaway but they refused bcoz it’s hotel policy not to consume any outside food even in your rooms, how absurd!! My suggest is stay away if you can

We had a great stay. Clean and nice room with comfy bed. Breakfast by the pool was great. Staffs were nice and friendly especially the door gentleman! Check-in was a bit of a pain as it took ages (lack of staff when i arrived)… we needed to rest badly but had to wait for like 20 mins. Lifts are very old and slow but luckily there wasn’t many guests so it wasn’t a burden. Ingeneral i think it was a good value hotel. We would come back!

Solid hotel in a fairly good location, around 10-15 minutes cab from the old town. Next to a noisy road so defdinitely get an inside-facing room. Basic hotel gym (very basic) and nice pool. Breakfast is great! WiFi is good also.

I really enjoyed my state at Opera Plaza hotel. The location is fantastic!!! Close to shops and restaurants and even the train station. Staff was amazing from front desk, concierge and my favourite the masseuse. Grounds were lovely and the pool area was beautiful.

Hotel from yesteryear. The room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable.
When I checked in they gave me the keys to someone else's room. Not a great start. I tried to rest in the afternoon but there was work going in the hotel - the swimming pool is being refurbished. The same thing happened in the morning.
The breakfast was great but I got food poisoning, which ruined the rest of my holiday.
