We booked 2 rooms. I ended up in a street side room on the 5th floor which was very noisy. Spoiler alert - I am in the vacation rental business and understand the expectations of guests regarding room standards. The rooms are very outdated and not as clean as they should be. After my evening shower and before I crawl under the covers I run the bottom of my feet over the top sheet to catch any dirt that may have transferred from the floor to my feet. It looked like I had run down to the lobby and back instead of the 10 feet to the bathroom. The prior review regarding the tub being too deep was spot on. It’s a tub/shower combo so you’re locked into climbing over a too tall tub wall. Add to this the fact there isn’t any non-slip treads in the tub and the poor lighting in that area and your looking at a high risk fall area. A minor shortcoming - no tissue for your noise. One final negative was the fact that the cord on the phone was broken and, although the phone would ring, they couldn’t hear us & I couldn’t hear them. The buffet dinner was good and the interior courtyard where we dined was nice. Check in went smoothly and the staff were veo.

We booked 4 rooms and I regret it. The decor is old and rooms not clean and unhygienic. I had to call cleaning service. The room only had 2 bedside lights and so room was dark and bathroom was awful the head shower holder was broken and so only hand shower was available. The furniture in the room very outdated. Abdul Raheem at the front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was alright there was option of cold and hot food. Very noisy even at night if your room is road view. I don’t think I can return to this hotel again. Overall Staff very good and friendly.

This would be one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. The rooms were unsafe. Many of our colleagues did not have power so no lights or AC. We had both but we had no running hot water. The bathroom was a real challenge as the Bath was too tall for me to be able to climb in and we only had a hand shower to use- ie nothing from the wall. The breakfast food run out and was not replaced. The outside area looks pleasant but it does not match the substandard rooms or the small lifts.

Just a one night stay at the start and end of our Moroccan tour. Whilst the hotel was showing it’s age in places, the room was spacious and quite comfortable and the air con worked reasonable well. We liked the colourful quirky pool area and appreciated being able to cool off in the cool water during a hot afternoon. Also appreciated being able to buy a beer in the adjoining bar. Breakfast was very good with many cooked and cold options.

Nice hotel but strongly affected by Ramadan as everything outside closes and the only options their buffet breakfast(ample) and dinner. The pool closes too early lsome said around 5pm/7pm. Our bedroom door locked on one side not the other. Often we were left without toilet roll, gels, soaps etc and had to keep asking. Dinners at 8pm and the poolside bar closed when we were there due to the entire month of Ramadan , this was difficult after a long day and break from breakfast. Drinks were available though. Alot of the poolside menu especially deserts, simple hamburger another night wasn't available. Drinks, there's no option for a glass of wine it's either a full bottle or a pint. There's few other bar options in the area. There's la taverna nearby when it's open it has nice food, back garden and a small nice pizzeria /Italian as you walk there but no alcohols served. The MACMA museum is nearby and ysl gardens, some souvenir shops on the carre eden street etc but otherwise there's not much else to see or do. For Ramadan at least I'd recommend staying nearer the medina or planning daytrips every single day.

One night stay and picked because nearby to the train station. Room was clean and well kept and the front desk staff were kind and thoughtful. Would stay again.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during a tour through Morroco. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. It is located at a walking distance to stores and restaurants, although the restaurant in the hotel is very good.
