It was a very good hotel? The staff are friendly, polite and prompt in responding to issues. Food is good Ambient is fantastic Entertainment is out of this world. I will definitely recommend to a friend. Thank you Lsbranda

Nice hotel Staff where excellent, pools cold as you would expect for this time of year , our room on the second floor overlooked the hotel fans and was very noisy , drinks only 2 at a time and beer in tumblers which I found very annoying, food ok but nothing special always find something to eat , would I go back yes I would but I only paid £330 for AI

Very disappointed, we really had to put so much planning in for this family trip but this hotel was poor! The swimming pools were unbearably freezing for the children to go into; including the baby pool! Fe lt gutted for the children as they sat and watched the pools. I stayed 7 days didn't go into the pool once as they were freezing. The safety is poor, we heard of a lady who had broken her leg going down slide and someone cut their arm as the slide was chipped. Children's entertainment is a 0! My 3 year old was bored as the pools were to cold for him to get into. Reception gave no update to times of foods, snacks events or activities. Entertainers are busy entertaining themselves rather than the guests they pick and choose guests they fancy rather than involving and offering all guests . They were playing Xmas songs in February for guests to dance to. Tried to request song in evening but was rejected. Birthday arrangements poor again. They told us not to worry about a cake but then bought us a cheese cake with jam on it and wrote happy anniversary on it. It took them a further 50min to locate a candle. I took balloons and banners but the team showed no motivation in getting the birthday girl to feel special. I was disgusted. My 3 year old still drinks milk and the bar manager refused to give him milk told me to go outside to get milk. The bar manager very rude and aggressive. On arrival I found two bugs on my bed as I was going to have a lay down, this really made my stay uncomfortable and cautious. Never again !

We booked this one because it was the cheapest option so it was a gamble but the positive reviews swayed us. Thankfully due to a room upgrade we ended up having a lovely week away. If we'd have had to spend our week in the noisy part of the hotel, in a room with only a window and no outdoor space, I dare say it might have been a different story. I feel this could be clearer on the room description. Only ground floor rooms have a terrace. We had fantastic weather for January - mid twenties all week. This could be a great little hotel but there are too many flaws for me to risk staying again. The food is perfectly fine and sometimes great. Breakfast is easily the best meal of the day. Omelette station, loads of fruit and salad, gorgeous fresh bread rolls and pastries which taste like they've been baked on site that morning. Lunch and evening meals were hit and miss. We had roast turkey one night which was lovely and the tagines are delicious. For those who want something simpler there's the pasta and pizza station. Overall I thought the choice and quality was decent for a relatively small hotel. The entertainment in the evening is ropey at times. Cotton Eyed Joe is best left in the nineties where he belongs and it goes on until 11pm every night. It's always a bit too loud and you can't really escape it unless you go back to your room. There's a lovely cocktail bar opposite the main bar but sadly it's for smokers. Such a shame as it's a lot nicer than the main bar although you have to pay for drinks in there. Definitely bring your own glass as the drinks are in tiny glasses and queues can be long at times. Beer is 'Stork' and comes in small bottles. Great tasting though. The rooms are a really good size. Make sure you ask to be in the quiet part of the hotel if you're a light sleeper. So many people complained about the noise whilst we were here. Note there is no mini bar in the rooms. I think what they mean is there is an empty fridge! No iron or kettle in any of the rooms. There is a free safe in each room. Beware... all of the beds are very firm. Maybe this is a preference for Moroccan people but it was hard to get a good sleep. If you like a soft or even medium mattress back home you most likely will struggle. I've stayed in lots of hotels and this was the most uncomfortable. I guess I know what prison beds feel like now! The free WiFi is excellent and seemed to work in most areas of the hotel and all of the rooms. There is no courtesy room if you have a late flight. I chose to extend my room for about £20 for 3 hours. Apparently it was another £20 for an extra hour after that. Seemed a bit made up as they went along tbh as some people were given free room extensions. We did feel like the locals get preferential treatment. The tourist tax worked out at just over £18 for two of us. You can get currency exchanged at reception if needed. Airport transfer didn't take long - 25 to 30 mins depending on traffic. The free shuttle bus into the city

Going to be honest it’s a lovely hotel , room is massive clean and very tidy and right by pool and bar etc so can’t fault that at all , only gripes from our group , 3 couples is food is a massive let down really basic for breakfast , lunch and dinner only a couple of choices for each we ordered in half the time and queues for bar were atrocious at times 1 serving all day , if your looking for a relaxing week it’s for you but if you like nightlife it’s a taxi ride into town £12 return but the do provide a free taxi to the souk everyday

Just home from a week here. The place is lovely although quiet so you need to make your own entertainment. The room was basic but functional, we had fresh water in the room on arrival which was a good touch and our cases were delivered straight to the door which was nice. The food wasn’t for me, but always looked fresh, the salad was nice so think I even lost a bit of weight. The staff here are amazing, let’s start with with lifeguards Rachid was an amazing guy, helped my friend when she fell and carried her to the nurse, always went out of his way, mustafa was great too, always pleasant. The two outstanding bar staff Ayeman and Mohammed were a dream, so pleasant, couldn’t do enough for us. Omar and Hassan are fab too and made sure everyone was having a great time and got everyone involved. For a nice place for some winter sun it was definitely value for money and I would go back.

Great hotel, good value for money, friendly staff, choice of lively or quiet adult only pool, free shuttle into town for culture and shopping. Buffet food was mostly good, if a little repetitive. Would have appreciated slightly more vegetarian options

*ZERO STAR* Pool was freezing, you couldn’t even go in . Not once did i see anyone clean the pool and no ph testing. If your going with kids you cant let them in the pool they will catch a cold night 1. The staff were unfriendly especially the older staff, there was nothing nearby the hotel and didn't feel safe walking around the area.The shop in hotel is a joke they change the price every time so they can still your money. The entertainment was absolutely rubbish. We had to make our own entertainment. Don’t get me started on the food. Cockroaches spotted where we was served. Plate wasn’t clean & food wasn’t fresh. I wouldn’t recommend you eating there unless you want to be on the toilet for 3 days. I wouldn't return to this hotel. Don’t book this hotel!!!! Don’t waste your money.
