We had a lovely 4 night stay! The manager, Simmo, was very hospitable and even went out of his way to find gluten free bread for myself to have at breakfast (which is not easy to find in Marrakech!). Simmo speaks a good level of english and was helpful in pointing out key places to visit. Despite speaking little english, the keeper of the Riad was a great help to us during our stay and always had a smile on his face! The lady who prepares breakfast is also very friendly and funny!

Un excelente Riad sin duda. Está muy bien situado, por lo que llegas al centro en pocos minutos y a la vez está una zona muy tranquila. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y muy limpias.El patio interior es precioso, con una pequeña piscina y muchas plantas que dan frescor y a la vez mucha paz. El desayuno sencillo, pero suficiente, todo recién hecho. Cabe destacar la gran amabilidad del gerente, que se desvive para que no te falte de nada. Y la de la señora en la cocina, que rebosa dulzura. Sin duda, si volvemos a Marràqueix, repetiremos el mismo Riad.

J’ai réservé deux chambres début février 2023 pour les 15 et 16 mars derniers. Arrivée à Marrakech vers 17h, j’ai téléphoné deux ou trois fois. Aucune réponse. Finalement un monsieur m’a dit qu’il avait oublié de confirmer ma demande de février. Devant ma stupéfaction et mon énervement, il m’a raccroché au nez !!! Nous sommes allés devant la porte du riad, avons vu quelqu’un qui a fait la sourde oreille et nous a claqué la porte au nez !!! Enlevez cette adresse de vos fichiers. J’habite au Maroc depuis 40 ans. Jamais personne ne m’a traité de la sorte.

Avec ô voyage et le RIAD ZAGOUDA nous nous sommes retrouvés sur la place jeima el fna à 3h du matin victime d’un surbooking Nous avons essayé de contacter le RIAD ZAGOUDA. Ils n’ont rien voulu entendre et nous ont raccroché au nez. Nous avons dû trouver seul un autre appartement pour la nuit. Le lendemain matin nous sommes rendus au RIAD pour avoir des explications. Ils nous ont refusé de nous recevoir Conclusion : A éviter absolument

J'ai passer 5 jours inoubliable avec mes amies dans ce riad très chaleureux et très propre . Simmo à l'écoute de nos envies .hadija au petit soins et driss un gardien extraordinaire Je vous recommande vivement ce riad Et je vais y retourner très très vite à bientôt

Séjour médiocre ! On nous a attribué la chambre juste en face de la piscine au réz de chaussé . Propreté à revoir et bruyant des 6h du matin . Trop sombre a notre goût … Le petit déjeuner déplorable pour un Riad ! 4 malheureux pancake et du cake que l’on nous sert en pyjama et avec de la moussissure et on nous dit qu’il est fait du jour meme … LOL point positif le gérant très arrangeant et serviable . Nous avions réservé 5 nuits . Nous avons fuis dès la première pour un hôtel c’est dommage

Le Riad Zagouda est très beau . Il est idéalement situé à 5 min de la place Jemaa El Fna , à 5 min du palais Bahia , à 25 min à pied du jardin Majorelle. Les chambres sont très jolies , très typiques . Le petit déjeuner , servi par Saïda est copieux. Zagouda , c’est surtout un cocon , une famille . Je vous promets que vous verserez une larme en partant tellement vous aurez été choyés par le staff ( Simmo le patron , Driss l’ange gardien , Hadija aux petits soins et Saïda aux commandes de la cuisine ) Simmo saura vous conseiller Saïda cuisine des tagines fabuleux . Merci à cette équipe chaleureuse

Magnifique séjour en famille dans ce riad très joli, décoré avec goût dans la pure tradition marrakchi. Petit déjeuner copieux, mais ce qu’il faut avant tout retenir c’est la chaleur et la gentillesse de toute l’équipe du Riad. Simo qui donne d’excellents conseils pour profiter de son séjour. Khadija et Saida qui vont concoctent de petits plats délicieux (mention spéciale aux msemens du petit déjeuner) et surtout un grand merci à Driss toujours aux petits soins capable d’être vous faire un thé au bout de la nuit ou de vous accompagner juste à la place Jamaa El Fna pour vous faire découvrir la belle place de Marrakech. On quitte tout ce beau monde avec un pincement au cœur. Un superbe séjour que l’on vous recommande
