Since the first moment you enter the riad, the manager Adil and his staff make you feel like at home. They are very welcoming and they accomodate every needs. We had a suite and the room was big as well as the toilet and also very clean. Position is strategic: all the main attractions are at walking distance: the riad is in the medina but far from the crowd. Without any doubts I would reccomend it.

My wife and I stayed there on a half board basis. The people who ran the riad couldn't do enough for you and the traditional Morrocan food served was delicious. The riad itself was a perfect place to unwind after a hectic day in Marrakech. Would recommend Riad Cannelle to anyone.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and you can enjoy the traditional building. Only one problem, the hotel is hard to find.

Riad Cannelle is een mooie locatie in de Medina van Marrakesh … hier kom je tot rust naar een vermoeiende maar boeiende dag in het hart van de stad … ontdek de cultuur, de hectiek, de geuren en kleuren, … een welgemeende dank U aan Adil voor de gastvrijheid en Badr voor de ontvangst ‘s avonds en het heerlijke ontbijt… telkens geserveerd met de glimlach … ook dikke mercie aan het team achter de schermen .. zeker de moeite om hier te verblijven

Riad Cannelle nous a offert un séjour proche de la perfection, pour 7 nuits. L'âme d'une maison se mesure souvent à l'infinie gentillesse de ses hôtes : Adil, Badr et les merveilleuses dames de la cuisine sont des êtres merveilleux. Comme l'adage le dit si bien : "un sourire ne coûte rien mais il donne beaucoup". Au-delà de l'hospitalité, nous avons adoré la beauté du Riad Cannelle, son patio, sa terrasse, ses magnifiques suites à balcon. Chaque matin, nous étions bercés par le chant des oiseaux, l'écoulement de la petite fontaine et l'appel du muezzin (très discret, toutefois). C'est un havre de paix implanté dans une medina bouillonnante de vie. En terme de localisation : idéal pour sillonner les plus beaux artères du souk et atteindre le Jardin secret en 4 mn / La Madrassa Ben Youssef en 7mn / la Place Jemma el Fna en 15mn/ Le Jardin Majorelle en 20mn... et tout ceci à pieds. De plus, le quartier est sûr et regorge de bons restaurants à terrasse. Enfin, si vous optez pour une 1/2 pension, les petits-déjeuners sont variés et généreux (différentes crèpes, gateaux, viennoiseries, jus frais..) et les mets concoctés chaque soir au Riad Cannelle sont un délice ... Nous nous sommes delectés des différentes sortes de tajine, soupes, salades de fruits, desserts marocains... En résumé : INOUBLIABLE

Un accueil très chaleureux dans un endroit propre et discret.Ils sont toujours très disponibles et nous ont super bien conseillés pour le comportement face à la sécurité, la nourriture et les endroits à voir. La restauration dans leur riad est excellente, mention spéciale pour la cuisinière !(si ce n'était pas aussi cher,on aurait mangé que là, dommage) Merci infiniment à Adil et Bader.
