Appartement très haut de gamme Excellentes prestations Très bon restaurant Chauffeurs guides HICHAM ABDO HASSAN sympathiques Excursions fabuleuses organisées par Mme JIHANE Souvenirs extraordinaires pour ce premier voyage au Maroc Très impatiente de revenir pour de nouvelles aventures Bravo à toute l’équipe !

We werden keurig afgehaald aan de luchthaven van Marrakesh, het nodig water voor de warmte werd meteen voorzien. Ook het personeel van de receptie , directie , kuisploeg was heel vriendelijk en bedienen je naar noden. Ook de excursies worden tot in de puntjes voor je geregeld. Het eten is van ontbijt tot diner een echte habitat voor foodies!

L appartement est excellent, restaurant parfait ,spa très efficace je l'ai fait 2fois ,les excursions j' ai fait Fès Meknes Rabat a refaire aussi j' ai fait Essaouira et agadir , la réception Mlle HANA tres gentille accueillante serviable a l' écoute merci beaucoup HANA

Les points positifs sont :le personnel est très agréable et le repas du soir est très bon. Les points négatifs : pour un 5 étoiles au niveau de l'appartement il y avait des trace d'humidité au mur qui on été réparé à la va vite ainsi qu'une lampe dans la salle de bain qui a été retirée dont les fils sortait du mur. Quand nous sommes arrivés l'appartement n'était pas prêt à l'heure prévue car les personnes avant nous étaient des habitués donc il n'ont pas demander à ce que les gens quittes les lieux pour l'heure préciser dans le règlement !! La personne qui nous a accueilli , au départ était très très agréable mais à partir du moment où on lui a dit que nous ne voulions pas lui acheter des " part de vacances" nous avons été mis sur le côté, pour notre retour cette personne devait géré le rdv pour notre navette ainsi que le pack petit déjeuner ( nous devions quitter l'hôtel pour 3h00 de matin ) heureusement que je vais voir à l'accueil pour la navette car elle n'était pas réservée quand au petit déjeuner et bien on l'attends toujours. La veille du départ, en quittant le restaurant nous avons crier bien fort " au revoir tout le monde et bon séjour à ceux qui reste" la personne qui nous avait accueilli ne s'est même pas retourné pour nous souhaiter un bon retour, nous étions de la m.... Plus jamais avec eux , dommage pour le personnel

Les appartements son très bien restaurant les buffets très variées les plats sont bien présentés les gens de la direction sont toujours à la disposition les chauffeurs sont bien attentifs très compétents (lahcen) La réception est très bien accueilli les personnes parlent bien français spécialement HANA son sourire sa disponibilité toujours très agréable bon humeur. Pour moi j aurais préféré d être avec plusieurs personnes en excursion.

Bel hôtel , accueil agréable, cuisine marocaine très fine , lieu de détente en terrasse avec piscine et bancs solaires , a proximité d'un salon commun avec service bar et du restaurant, possibilité de taxi vers le centre ville , les chambres sont des appartements bien équipés

Très agréablement surpris par l'attribution d'une suite spacieuse et très confortable. Les repas sont simples et de bon goût, le personnel est extrêmement chaleureux et serviable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel, situé dans un endroit calme et à proximité du centre de Marrakech.
