Lovely hidden riad in the earth of the Medina. Not super easy access due to to the maze of the Medina but staff is very friendly to help you to find it plus a taxi spot is not far! (Be careful at the airport to negotiate to arrive as closer as possible, not at Jamal fna)
We tried massage and facial treatment both prettyiii nice with friendly masseuse. Staff is extremely helpful and smiley, very good point! Room are very authentic and the riad very charming.

This is a great immersive experience if you are visiting with an ambitious group of people. I would recommend staying at this location again. The staff are very friendly and provide you with tea and cookies upon arrival. The breakfast at this location is fantastic. However, do keep in mind that the wifi connection is unreliable, which could pose concerns.

The Riad Karmela is beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff are very welcoming and make you feel at home. The food and drink were excellent. I highly recommend and would love to come back some day.

Extraordinary customer service. We received amazing customer service from Fatima and Saeed. The Riad is beautiful, the location is great, and the food good. But the best part for me was the customer service.

No hot water and the facilities are very minimum. That said, there is not much around to choose from in this area. The breakfast was okay.

right in the center of the Medina close to everything. breakfast was decent. We were put up in one of their sister Riad a couple of blocks away. quieter than the main Riad.
Overall a nice stay.
