It’s overpriced in terms of the amenities and quality we look forward to. The staff there are excellent and it’s the best part of this hotel. The spa treatment was also average for the amount they charge!

This hotel is truly fabulous in every way. Amazing service from all the staff who cannot do enough for you including even making a fire in your room’s fireplace. Beautiful decor and two perfect swimming pools. Heated in the winter for all year swimming.

Villa des Orangers is *hands down* my favorite hotel of all time- and NO, I'm not exaggerating. If ultimate luxury, tranquility and exceptional amenities are a top priority for you in a hotel- you will not be disappointed! This "Riad" is so special because every room is uniquely designed- the property is a bit of a maze but discovering the indoor bar or popping up to the rooftop pool is all part of the charm. There is a kitchen at the hotel and the food is very refined and elegant- but what I adore most is that lunch service is typically outside by the pool, whereas breakfast and dinner are served in a different dining rooms every day. The Hammam is breathtaking and you're missing out if you don't treat yourself to a traditional Moroccan scrub. The rooms were spacious, softly decorated, and every moment the gentle scent of orange blossoms could be noted in the air. The staff wait on you hand and foot- there is no small detail left unnoticed. The only *tiny* thing is that when you arrive, the front door is almost easy to miss and certainly out of place along a main street between various mechanic repair shops- rest assured, you are in the right place. Once you step through the entrance you will be transported to paradise! You will barely notice you are in Marrakech anymore! Impeccable. You will regret not booking this hotel.

A charm in the hustle and bustle Marrakech city. Great and convenient location, and yet super comfortable for a good rest! Love the daily free laundry services and complimentary lunches too! Kudos to the excellent services from front desk, which were extremely courteous and welcoming! Highly recommended to everyone!

Well it’s a beautiful hotel the staff spa and food are all fantastic . Beds super comfy and all around very relaxing . However the check in took forever and the gentleman checking us in seemed a little ‘off’ . He didn’t seem ‘present ‘ and dragged it out . We just wanted our rooms . We had a lovely time until our last night when we asked the same gentleman ( I think he’s concierge ?’ To advise us of a good restaurant . He sent us to place that was in short like an airport cafe . We fought the crowds to get there which was awful . I guess there was a festival and it was so chaotic and anxiety inducing . He should have told us . The couple next to us were listening to us talking and she said “ omg I was just thinking it’s like an airport “ There was no alcohol which he should have informed us . He did not . The tables were plastic the lights bright and the speakers were shorting . We put our order in but after waiting sooooo long for it we told them we were leaving . They made us pay for food we DID NOT eat . Sometimes concierge sends you to a friends family restaurant . How he thought guests from a luxury hotel who drink would like it here I have no clue . So we returned to the hotel paid for ANOTHER dinner . I spoke to the manager and he had no clue why the weird concierge would send us there and mentioned all the lovely places we could have gone to . It ruined our last night … waiting to hear back from the manager at the hotel as he said he would compensate us . Still nothing .

We could not have started our trip in Morocco at a better place. The whole experience was 10/10. Nothing more need be said. Souheil and all his staff were world class. Top notch. Will return as soon as time permits. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed in Villa des Orangers for the weekend as part of my 40th birthday celebrations. It is like a little oasis 10 minutes outside of the main Medina. As you walk into the courtyard with trees laden down with oranges, it is like walking back in time. The service is outstanding, the buildings are beautiful and nothing is too much trouble for anyone. We had such a lovely time.
