I recently called Riad El Miria and Spa hotel to inquire about their location. Unfortunately, I was shocked by the lack of politeness and the unpleasant attitude of the receptionist. Despite being a 5-star hotel, the receptionist responded rudely by asking why I was calling at such a late hour. I tried to explain that 11:04 PM is not considered late for an establishment of this category and suggested that there should be a night porter available. However, the receptionist simply replied abruptly, stating that there was no night porter and even threatened to hang up the phone. This experience has been extremely disappointing and does not align with the expectations one would have for a 5-star hotel. Quality customer service and a courteous attitude are essential elements in creating a pleasant experience for guests. I find it unacceptable that the receptionist treated guests in this manner, and I am deeply disappointed with the reception I received. I sincerely hope that the hotel takes steps to address this issue and ensures that future guests do not encounter the same treatment.
