This place is an absolute delight, nestled in the little streets of Marrakesh. The gardens are beautiful and the staff couldn't be nicer or more willing to help. Charles helped us make our plans and dinner reservations, ensuring that we had the best possible experience. The meals were fresh, flavourful and lovingly crafted. My boyfriend came down with a nasty bit of food poisoning after drinking something from the nearby Souk. The staff at the Riad prepared medicine and special food for him along with a very caring touch to help him get back on his feet. Thankyou so much for doing this, it made all the difference! Should we go back to Marrakesh, we will definitely be staying here again :)

I honestly cannot recommend this riad enough. It is absolutely stunning and the highlight of our trip. We had the pool side room and it was just stunning. I spent the whole day there so peaceful. The owners are also so very lovely. They have two gorgeous Scottie dogs Lucy and Sam and so many tortoise too! The lunch was authentic, the place was immaculate and I couldn't recommend it enough. I would 100% go again in fact I'm looking to book again this year.

An amazing four days at Riad El Arsat with host Charles and his amazing team. A special mention to the owners 2 dogs Lucy and Sam who always greeted us on our return to the Riad. Good, staff and attention to detail were all 5 star. Beautiful gardens and an outdoor swimming pool which is very rare within the medina. Amazing history in the building. Well done Charles and all the team and thank you for having us stay!

We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The owners Nicole and Charles, Mustapha and the rest of the attentive staff and the two Scottie dogs Lucy and Sam all made sure that we were comfortable. Not easy considering they still had a few minor repairs to complete from the Earthquake. This really is a peaceful oasis in the centre of a busy and lively Marrakech. As soon as you step out of the door you are in the thick of it and nearly all the sights are a walk away. The streets are narrow with a constant flow of walkers, cyclists, barrows, donkeys and carts and mopeds. Be prepared for an onslaught of the senses. However, at no time did we feel threatened or uncomfortable. People on the whole are warm and friendly. We really enjoyed visits to the photographic museum (great views from the cafe), the Secret Garden (absolutely gorgeous) and the Marjorelle garden and museums (prebook for an early visit, no later than 9.30am, if you want to avoid the crowds). For a drink we liked the vibe of Kosybar and food at the Tanjia oriental nearby was delicious. We also ate at the Riad on two evenings, the food was fabulous. Highly recommended.

We loved the Riad and its beautiful gardens. Our room was spotless and comfortable with lovely bed linen, tea making facilities and a wonderful view. The owners were immensely helpful and the staff were friendly too. There is a beautiful pool in a lovely setting.

A beautiful Riad in an excellent location just minutes away from the souks, yet so calm and quite that the only noise you hear are the birds in the stunning tropical garden, The food is excellent from breakfast to evening in meal and mint tea is excellent too, The staff are very attentive and make your stay very special . Nicole and Agnes are so friendly and very helpful, they have a brilliant team of staff who always have a smile for you, they became like friends such lovely caring people . This was our first visit but most definitely not our last , can’t wait for our next visit.

Excellent service, very personalized. super breakfast we had the Loti suite with a fabulous terrace. no neighbours. very calm and quiet beautiful decor in the Riad. Our host Charles was extremely hospitable and made us very welcome as did his staff. all in all a very good experience

Myself and my partner travelled here. Our first time in Marrakech. The staff were extremely attentive, especially Irmad. Charles the owner was excellent and gave us amazing recommendations for food in Marrakech. It is an oasis hidden in the chaos of the Medina. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend! One of the biggest riad’s in the medina that has a pool where you can completely switch off and relax. Also highly recommend the hamman and massage 🙌🏼

We cant wait to return this September to Riad el Arsat. It has been a long 2 and half years since we have been able to visit our home from home in marrakech. We discovered this palace many years ago and decided to hold our wedding here in 2002 and continue to return here every year since. Hidden deep within the medina this magical palace has absolutely Stunning rooms a huge pool, some of the best food I’ve ever eaten and a family that are just so special that own it x see you soon ❤️ Becky and Simon (London)
