First, this riad not replied to my email. So I couldn’t confirm that I have got double bed at first. I asked the reception about if we got double bed when we arrived. He said that yes, I read your email but I couldn’t reply. That sounds weird for me. Moreover, the reception also not answering the phone calls. At the end we spent like two hours to find the riad with our suitcase in day one. Second, I feel like the reception guy is sexism and racist. I am an Asian female. He never said hi to me even though I am the one who got into the front door first. And always say hi to my bf who behind me. Third, shower holder is broken and the water plug hole on the ground also broken. In addition, cleaner did not lock our room door after cleaning. Lastly, my booking is confirmed for included everything fee but when we checked out and the reception asked us pay extra fee with unfriendly face.

This is a wonderful little hotel, tucked away just off a busy souk street and perfectly calm and tranquil! It was a great base to explore the city, with so many lovely shops, restaurants, gardens and rooftops in a short walking distance. The staff were brilliant and gave great recommendations and made me feel really at home. I would 100% recommend!

Great Breakfast, great location for Jamma El Jafna and the souks. Staff on the front desk Immam and the ladies who cook and clean are really helpful. Tips: Highly recommend you contact the Riad via email in advance to arrange an Airport transfer, they will be able to guide you to the Riad. The location is very quiet, however you can hear other guests if they are loud. We’d suggest requesting a room on the 1st floor. At night bear in mind there do tend to be groups of young men hanging around the alleys to the Riad, however they were friendly and non threatening.

The riad is very nice. I did NOT like the windy and sometimes dark alley to get there. For a woman walking alone, i felt uncomfortable. There was never and issue, but I didn't like it. The breakfast was great. The room and all facilities were clean and nicely done. it's right in the medina so you're just steps away from shops and restaurants.

Facile d’accès, vous découvrirez un Riad typique raffiné. Très propre au décors élégant. Petit déjeuner fantastique.le responsable est formule et viendra vous chercher si vous vous perdez dans les ruelles du souk! La bienveillance et la gentillesse de l’équipe est remarquable Le personnel professionnel attentionné vous permettra de passer un excellent séjour. Je recommande vivement

Un avis très partagé, la localisation est bien. Mais nous avons pris une chambre Deluxe qui est généralement située au dernier étage, la, elle était au rez de chaussée, au pied du patio, de la cuisine, de la piscine (aller retour touristes, cuisine, piscine petit déjeuner ...etc ) une nuissance sonore continue et non conforme aux attentes. Déçu de la non prise en compte du gérant de notre demande de changement de chambre , « on verra demain » …. Mais rien .En conclusion, ne pas prendre la chambre Deluxe N1 .

Oasis de sérénité au cœur de la Médina. Très joli riad à l’ambiance intimiste. Personnel aux petits soins (mention spéciale pour Isham) Propreté irréprochable . Chambres de belle dimension et conformes aux photos , literie très confortable . Petits déjeuners excellents.
