Great hotel great location. The food was great but the only things are the all inclusive drinks.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! If you want a nice holiday. Rooms were absolutely filthy and I say rooms because we had to change because of the state of the first 2! Dated hotel, needs a renovation. Staff incredibly rude. Cater to the French. Vile!!

It was The badest Hotel that i visited with my 2 best friends.. The eat was not from 07:00-00:00 or else, it was 07:30-09:30 and 12:30-14:30 and 19:30-21:30, with all inclusive😂😂 But it was so so soo bad because there cook with clay pots, this makes a smell I can't describe it, I'm used to stainless steel pots. I less 2 Kilo in this vacation. Softdrinks dispenser - Sprite 7 Days vacation 7 days empty. Their have 3 Bars I mean, all Bars very expensive, with all inclusive😂😂 . At one bar the Alkohol and Softdrinks is for free until 23:00 evenings, and than you must to pay, with all inclusive😂😂 The rooms are NOT CLEAN!! And it is not cleaned properly!! every where insects, defects, The Room service knockina on the door and comes exactly in the second in the room, be careful what are you doing. At our Balkon have an Ant Invasion. The only one good thing I can say is the people their work in this hotel are very friendly, but this is all inclusive??SORRY, NO!!!

Clean, very well maintained, and staff are friendly. I found that at times, they were severely understaffed, in order to keep the costs down I'm sure but the month we went in is prime season for holiday guests. The bar, the ommelette/pizza station were never adequately staffed. Waited 30 minutes for an omelette And 20 minutes for a drink. Would come back

The staff at the hotel were absolutely lovely, especially the bar staff who worked tirelessly and the entertainment staff were incredible. It was catered more to for the French (spoke French in the entertainment etc) but this is not an issue! I’m English, and I don’t understand why people that speak English expect everything to be catered for them all the time…that is a selfish way to think! The staff did speak some English and it wasn’t an issue at all. Don’t let this put you off. The food was good and differed each meal time. Obviously some things are the same day to day, but they had enough different to feel like there was a nice variety. It was a little bit tired looking and some things were a little broken (locks on toilets in particular!) but it wasn’t much of an issue. If you go into Marrakech which is massively worth doing, book the shuttle bus the day before you want to go. Really easy to get around and it felt very safe and friendly in the main square. Overall we really enjoyed our time here and it was such a fun place to stay.

Me and my mate are english, went fir a week as reviews have stated mainly French guests ENTERTAINMENT:I don't speak i french, hopefully the manger will change it to duel language entertainment! the animation team were fantastic to us! Special mention to William! Yahyah! And Margot, who would pull us up to do things. . BAR: Osamah in the snack bar was particularly fantastic, Abdul in the main bar! So many people to mention!! Literally everyone who works there is good to be honest. If you make an effort everyone will make your stay fantastic that's the key guys!! Cocktails were OK not 5* fancy ones but again nuce for the price you paid (all inclusive) fancy cocktails were about £7 extra ROOM: I was in room 746 second farthest block took like 5 min TOPS to walk to main area nice and quite beautiful views.Rooms are fine! posh? No! But it's what you pay for! Its clean! FOOD: A variety at lunch and dinner lots of turkey, beef, lamb tagine. All tasty Lots for vegetarian options if need be. Pizza, burgers, panini and chips for lunch if you feel like a break from morrocan food. Also fish dishes pretty much every day too. Breakfast was OK not the best tho not as many options . They have an egg station outside and pancakes too! Lots of danish pastery mosty and yoghurt and fruit. obviously no pork. LOCATION: It's 20 min outside of the main city which I didn't mind was closer to the dessert and waterfalls so that was suited me as only did 1 day in marrakech city. All in all I'd say book!

We spend a nice week here we like the restaurant the food specialy moroccan one the swimming pool the quite one also poeple are nice helpfull always smiling the animation team are amazing their shows there activities s/o to the smily boy yaya is amazing full of energy see u soon brother

Bit of a mixed bag with the first couple of days not being great, rude staff, lack of towels and toilet paper, bad experiences in the restaurant with waiting for a table, then waiting and asking numerous times for it to be laid. Possibly we hit the back end of the 3 days with no water so staff were frazzled. After a couple of days it picked up alot, friendlier staff, more animation staff and activities. We found a good spot in the restaurant and were looked after by Brahim who was fantastic and got settled with food. Breakfast and lunch were considerably better meals we felt than dinner. We all found something to eat each meal but it was limited and repetitive at times. Make sure to go to the outside kitchen at breakfast for eggs, omlettes and pancakes and fresh baked pizza at lunch. A special shout out to Onavair the hotel photographer who was excellent, always cheerful and came for a chat everyday, we had some pictures taken and they were lovely, would recommend as they were really reasonable, around £5.00 for an A5 size. Plenty of sunbeds and good pools to choose from, you can also use inflatables, which kept the small and big kids happy! All in all we had a nice holiday but everyone agreed we probably wouldn't come back to this particular hotel again.

First night of arriving to the hotel, rude receptionist, put us in one of the farthest rooms of the hotel, showed us a map and left us to figure it out for ourselves, it took about 20minutes in the dark to find our room with our luggage. Terrible rooms, smelt of fresh paint, no toilet paper, the room door did not lock, the shower handle was holding on to the head for dear life! The lights did not work properly on some occasions having to use the torch from our phones to see. Rooms had an old damp smell constantly! We had to change rooms three times after a lot of complaining, 4*?! More like 2*. Staff were rude to English speaking guests. Food was ok, oohhh, except for all the birds constantly flying over your food, finding them in the bread and pastry bowls, stray cats and dogs coming into the dining room as you eat, begging for food. I even witnessed a cat jumping on a table as a hotel guest was having their dinner. Out of all the waiters and bar staff that worked there only 2 waiters and one bar staff were nice. Entertainment was TRASH! And just for French people. Nothing to entertain English people. The club was TRASH! Music TRASH! Yahya was amazing! Probably the nicest person we encountered the whole time we were there. All the receptionists we encountered were all extremely rude! Not helpful in the slightest! We were left to figure things out for ourselves even though they were aware that we did not speak a word of French. Do not even get me started on the spa, paid for a service that was not delivered properly, rude ladies, they made you feel like it was a burden to do the services you paid for. Paid for all inclusive only to discover that you still needed to pay for some drinks and all drinks were charged after 23:00pm. Honestly THE WORST! Hotel I have ever been too, I will never come back! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME BOOKING THIS HOTEL!
