We stayed here for a week mid August and arrived late. The reception staff made sure we ate before we could even check the in because the restaurant closed at 10:00pm which was nice. Temperatures were between 34-40 while we were there which worried me taking 2 small (pale) children away but the heat was lovely actually and there was always a parasol available when we needed it. The pool was a lovely temperature too. The hotel is stunning and the gardens too. It’s spotless and so well maintained I was really impresssed. The fruit trees all around are so beautiful and the whole place smells beautiful. Rooms are great as all other reviews have mentioned and the curtain separating the children’s beds are a good idea. Staff are great and really attentive and they are amazing with kids. The shop in the hotel is a disappointment though and the staff there aren’t very nice. We would advise anyone not to spend money there. We bought goggles for my son and 2 days later they’d broken but they wouldn’t swap them for us. They weren’t cheap either (about £14) People have mentioned the ice cream being paid for which is true, but at lunch times between 12:30 and 2:30 there’s ice cream on offer at the restaurant so you could go back as many times as you wanted then to get some. Ice lollies would have been good though. The food was delicious and it’s the first time I’ve not been ill while on holiday (although I do make sure not to eat any cold fish). There was plenty to choose from but lunches and breakfasts became very repetitive by the end of the week. Having said that, none of us ever went hungry! The hotel offers a free shuttle from the airport which you can book by emailing them. They also have a free shuttle to and from Marrakech which you book the day before you want to go. The only thing that let’s this hotel down in my opinion is that all of the entertainment is done at the aqua park but with kids aged 5 and 2 the water park was a bit much for us to be able to enjoy a relaxing day so we missed a lot of what was going on. The evening entertainment wasn’t the best I’ve seen either. Having said that we did like the foam party and the men v women was fun. I can’t fault the hotel but there was just something missing for us to make it a good family hotel. Like a playground for the kids or some smaller slides near the big pools. Overall I’d be happy enough to stay here again but it would have to be when the kids were a bit older and could access the slides more because without that there’s not really anything for them to do.

Room was spacious & cleaned daily, however it looked a bit tired & could do with being updated. The food was lovely with plenty to choose from but my husband did become ill with diahorea & stomache cramps for a couple of days 2 pools, we preferred the larger pool & always plenty of sunbed availability Waiters are bunged & keep tables for families so if you want to sit outside on an evening you will find the odd table with drinks on for a couple of hours until they arrive when other people could be using the tables Waiters often ask for cigarettes which wasn't a problem to start with but then gets a bit much when they are asking all of the time Overall we had a good holiday as we always try & make the best of everything but would never return in August as the heat was unbearable & Aircon wasn't the best!

We actually went in February 2019. Overall fantastic stay with our daughter 14 years old. It’s all inclusive so we spoilt ourselves with different tagines and all the delicious deserts. The best was the Moroccan tea which is the best i ever had in my entire life!! Staffs were very helpful and friendly.

So I found this hotel on Bonvoy application and I decided to try it during my business trip to Marrakesh. Almost didn’t find a single sign that mentions it is a Marriott (except a couple hidden in the reception) but the main sign doesn’t have Marriott branding and also all the amenities, no single mention of Marriott or Bonvoy. The hotel is a bit old and of course not up to Bonvoy standards. But the staff is so friendly and trying their best. The rooms are spacious but need renovations. Same is the Aqua park. All inclusive is ok but quality of food is minimal. Location is far from the city center. You have to book taxi in advance as there’s no taxi available and it takes 20 minutes for the taxi to arrive

Family 50th event, which started so good. Food good, staff good if your giving them a tip. 2300 bar closes for a 24 hour service. Asked to leave the outside area, unless you pay extra as all staff are only interested in money. Very poor and won't ever attend again.

When we arrived at this hotel in the evening we were very disappointed to find out it doesn’t have a nightclub as advertised on the website. They use to have one but this was some time ago. We are a family with 18 years olds so evening entertainment was a must for us. The entertainment in the evenings was minimal to say the very least but thanks to animation team member Mike he made this fun for us and brought lots of laughs. Mike does carry the animation team as a lot of them are very quiet. However I would like to give Bono a shout out as he also made our time entertaining. On our first day we were told the foam party was no longer happening due to main season being finished and it was getting too cold for the foam party. However I spoke to the entertainment manager and explained I was so looking forward to the foam party and it was going to be 37 degrees is there anyway they could do another one? The manager was extremely kind and said he would see what he could do. Two days later there was a foam party to say I was impressed is an understatement and for this reason I have given four out of five instead of three out of five. Next I want to give a big shout out to Yousef who works at the bar by the pool he made us beautiful drinks throughout our stay and gave us some great laughs. He really gives 100% and nothing was too much trouble for him. I must not forget Fadi from the restaurant who was absolutely amazing. He decorated our table daily with roses and petals and served our every need. I must mention there was a staff member I think his a manager in the restaurant who also went and got me honey and hot water for my sore throat and I would like to say a big thank you as that really helped. The hotel manager at reception was extremely helpful and polite. Again fulfilling our wishes. I couldn’t have asked for better service. The hotel is clean and the housekeeping staff do an amazing job. There was a wide variety of food and I enjoyed all the food I had. The water park is very tired looking and I must make you aware there are weight restrictions for the slides you need to be over 50 kilos for some slides and under 80 kilos for others. We were not made aware of this before going. The reason I have not given this hotel a five is due to the Marriott taking over the hotel. Since the Marriott have taken over they have made a lot of changes to the hotel that in my opinion are for the worse. The main change is there is no entertainment around the main pool anymore. It is extremely quiet and the atmosphere can be very dull. The entertainment has been moved over to the water park pool where there are very few sun-beds and no bar doing alcoholic drinks. Which results in hardly no people over there. For a family that enjoys entertainment this was a real disappointment. Maybe think about putting entertainment back at the main pool and making the water park pool a quiet pool and giving it a refresh to make it more desirable .

The hotel has amazing amenities and even better staff. Specifically, the duty manager, Adnan, is extremely helpful. He helped us not just with our hotel stay and its amenities, but also our travel in Marrakech, supporting us with taxis etc. The hotel also had great food in its all inclusive package and Adnan always makes sure that the guests are extremely comfortable!
