Try to have connection with the owner, ask about every question, nice personal spacialy the kock, Obut go always via host..Kim is very responsive. it doesn't feel right to play chess or any game with staff, otherwise personal feelings or situations will dominate , it is not ok; preferably do not play or take long unnecessary calls with staff otherwise one forgets one's rights and obligations. Be just a guest like any others of tousen guests. ask about everything you care about before boking, for example kichen, the fridge, freezer, then you will get information from the host. Kim is always available.

We stayed there for a week and Hassan really made the difference for our stay ! He helps in so many ways : welcome you with a private transfer from the airport, give you traditional and delicious breakfasts made by him or his wife, recommend awesome excursions to do while you are here, give you the best addresses to visit and eat depending on how long you are staying and so many other things ... His kindness is a strong asset to this address. The riad is well located in the medina, in a quiet place and is very clean. The rooftop is the best way to enjoy Morocco when the heat is bearable. They offer the hammam in the riad and can offer you the possibility to have a massage on site ! I strongly recommend this place. Thanks again Hassan !
