Charming accommodation in Riyad dar diaf Marrakech, the riad is located near the old town and close to all attractions in the area, beyond the excellent location the riad is charming and very beautiful, the courtyard is decorated in an authentic Moroccan style and has a lovely pool, the sun terraces beautiful but the highlight of the stay is the owner of the place Rashid who made us feel at home, and accompanied us on city tours and provided us with Moroccan meals in Riad our personal order, in this Riad we felt very comfortable and the atmosphere geven by the owner was like warm home.perfect place in Marrakesh

Brilliant experience at Dar Diaf Friendly staff make you feel at home and are ready to help with anything Can not praise the owner Rachid and his staff enough. Made our stay enjoyable and stress free The Rooms are spacious and are kept very clean I had some of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in years Good air-con and wifi throughout Good location, walking distance from most major sights Would definitely stay again Would definitely recommend.

The owner, Rachid, and all who worked at the riad, including those referred by him (driver, massage therapist) were warm, welcoming, accommodating. and excellent at what they do.

Even before we got there, Rachid was super helpful when it came to booking our stay. There were some issues with booking on the website, but he provided us with all the information we needed and responded very quickly. The riad is a couple minute walk from the entrance to the old town but Yassin came and helped us with our bags once we were dropped off. We arrived earlier in the day before our room was ready and Rachid generously allowed us to rest and wash up in another room until ours was ready. They even helped move all our belongings to the second floor where our actual room was! Everyone was super friendly our entire stay and every time we walked into our riad, it felt like we weren't even in the city - it was super peaceful! We left some of our belongings by accident when we left and Rachid went above and beyond to help us get our stuff back. Thank you so much for your hospitality!!

After several days in the desert and a somewhat fraught afternoon in Marrakesh we entered through an understated door into a haven of peace and tranquillity. An amazing find A central location, beautiful decor and a wonderful host( Rachid) and staff. Nothing was too much trouble and breakfast on the rooftop was outstanding. I cannot fault any aspect of our stay

We arrived in Marrakesh and had 90 minutes trying to find the hotel we had booked - long story - but 90 minutes later we gave up and headed to this Riad - what a relief! Situated just a few narrow alleyways off the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh, but the peace was welcome and immediate. A fabulous location. A warm welcome in beautiful surroundings, we weren't expected but we were accommodated beautifully. Our hosts couldn't make us feel more welcome, having been hassled previously ww were now in safe hands, advised about prices and where to go, we were guided to the main area and again in the morning and our taxi price agreed via our hosts at the expected price. This was all included and demonstrated how much the team at this Riad really care about your stay and experience. A huge thank-you to Rachid and his team.

Cher Monsieur, Chère Madame, Désolé d’avoir été encore déçu par votre réponse. Vous tentez de nous faire croire maintenant, trois semaines plus tard, à une « vague intention » de notre part de faire du canoë et au fait qu’il était vraiment possible de faire du canoé sur ce lac, alors que sur place, votre personnel a été on ne peut plus catégorique : pas de canoë depuis au moins trois ans, car pas d’eau (tout le monde le savait, sauf nous, et maintenant sauf vous : un comble !). De plus sur place, vous n’aviez donné aucune explication, comme d’ailleurs formulé aucune excuse, ni même proposé un geste commercial. De surcroît aujourd’hui, vous pensez réellement que nous aurions dû vous dédommager d’avoir quitté votre établissement un jour plus tôt que prévu à la suite de votre manquement et de votre tromperie. Dans quel monde ou rêve vivez-vous ? La mauvaise foi et l’uchronie sont des attributs utilisés par ceux qui sont en mal de justification, le plus souvent tardivement et maladroitement, et comme ici, cela ne trompe personne. Pour le couscous, n’en voulez pas à votre cuisinière si elle a mis la portion de pois chiche à un autre client. Ce n’est pas bien grave, cela peut arriver à tout le monde. D’autant que nous n’étions pas venus pour cela, et que cela n’est pas spécialement mentionné ni mis en avant sur votre site, comme l’est l’activité canoë. Il est temps que votre établissement modifie sa communication et sa publicité pour se conformer à la réalité des prestations proposées. C’est si simple et si rapide à faire, avec l’avantage d’éviter ces commentaires, dont tout le monde se passerait bien mais bêtement justifiés, adressés aux différents opérateurs ou guides proposant votre établissement. Ce riad est à fuir! Les photos sont belles mais le reste ne suit malheureusement pas :( J'ai eu une très regrettable expérience, je n'en dirais pas plus, je vous laisse en juger pas vous même. Malheureusement le personnel de la réception et surtout de la réservation s'est montré d'une mauvais foi incroyable en essayant de nous facturer le double. Une expérience inoubliable c'est celle qui du début de la réservation jusqu'au au revoir nous fait nous dire combien nous avons profité de notre séjour dans cet établissement.

Rachid, Yassine et toute l’équipe nous ont fait passer une très belle semaine. Ce riad, situé dans un coin calme de la médina permet de découvrir Marrakech à pied. L’endroit est propre, les chambres sont confortables et le hammam à ne pas manquer. Nous avons reçu des conseils pertinents, tant pour les visites que les restaurants ou les courses. Les petits déjeuners sur le toit terrasse nous manquent, à refaire, nous en sommes partis émus au bout d’une semaine.
