The location is perfect, the rooms are clean, bed&pillow are comfy, the view is amazing and of course the staff are so humble and kind, especially Alicia who was so welcoming & helpful.. highly recommended!!!!

Paid €400 a night, €250 too much, hotel is in bad need of a refurbishment, very dated and rooms and lift are tiny. A\C is poor too. Curtains had holes in them No breakfast for €400 a night had to believe. good location

Accueil froid . Chambre non conforme au site , très très petite . Insecte style blatte dans la douche . Machine à café qui ne fonctionné pas . Le matin au reveil ... la femme de menage rentre sans frapper ni rien !!!! Oups pardon Seule point positif : l emplacement

Agradecer al personal su atención, pero a veces eso no es suficiente.
Llegamos a la habitación, después del check-in (pasadas las 15h), y la habitación estaba sin limpiar, incluso con bandejas de comida de los anteriores huespedes.
La hicieron rápidamente... no había jabón para las manos y, para colmo, según comentó el servicio, no se ponen toallas de manos. Por cierto, las toalla "grandes" finas como el papel de fumar.

Chambre au 1e étage ....heureusement car de tres longues minutes d'attente avant que l ascenseur arrive. Chambre non conseillée pour des personnes mesurant plus de 1.65 cm. La douche étant surélevée , attention de ne pas se cogner la tête au plafond. E les robinets sont très bas, très très bas.... Pas de ménage, lit a refaire par le client . Cheveux en haut de la porte, moustiques écrasés sur les murs. La télé n'est pas face au lit. Le seul point positif, Hôtel près du port. Hôtesse accueillante contrairement à la chambre.
