Check in was ok and was hard to find, Sat Nav takes you to the wrong location, check in staff were friendly and helped a lot. Got to room and basic is beyond truth. No Soap in the bathroom and shower gel not work so had to ask for more in evening at reception, again only thing this hotel has going for it is the staff and how friendly they are. Shower small and bed hard. This would be great for stag doos and Hen parties…

L'hôtel est propre et idéalement situé, avec un parking. La literie est bonne et le personnel est très accueillant. EN REVANCHE payer 388,62€ un soir de concert pour "ça" ! c'est plus qu'abusif, ça frise l'arnaque et c'est inadmissible. Les prix publics sont à environ 60€, j'aurais été prêt à payer jusqu'à 80€, mais pas cette somme délirante. Voir photos.

Cela fait des années que je viens dans cet hôtel, même de l'époque Ibis Budget. L'hôtel dans son ensemble est vraiment super. Les chambres sont bien entretenues. Son emplacement est idéal et dans un bon quartier. Il est assez calme malgré le bruit éventuel d'autres clients. L'entretien sous les lits n'est pas réalisé. La douche est très petite. Avant, avec Ibis Budget, le petit déjeuner était bien meilleur et de meilleure qualité avec plus de choses. Il faudrait qu'il soit mieux rempli et plus rapidement. Un meilleur accueil avec un sourire et de l'enthousiasme serait le bienvenue. Cette hôtel est bien dans son ensemble mais l'époque Ibis Budget est malheureusement bien lointaine.

surtout ne vous arrêtez pas, au mieux dormez dans votre voiture si vous n'avez pas le choix !!!!!! nous voila partis pour un périple sur M****ille. En effet, nous venons pour des soins médicaux a l'hôpital St Joseph . l'hôtel se trouve vraiment juste a coté. quel ne fut pas notre surprise en arrivant après une longue journée ... Pour 200€ la nuit, une chambre exiguë de 10m2 une salle de bain vétuste, et un service client inexistant trop occupé à regarder le match surement .. la tête de lit dégoutante ajoutait a l'inconfort, odeur omniprésente de canalisation dans la chambre, propreté approximative, SCANDALEUX rapport qualité/prix. A EVITER ABSOLUMENT !!!!! la nuit a l'image de l'hôtel et de ses employés fut une horreur

Chambre PMR vraiment à la limite de l’acceptable, même si elle est aux normes c’est vraiment le minium… Beaucoup de bruit, ne pas avoir de porte aurait été pareil, sans parler de l’ascenseur qui fait un bruit du tonnerre et mettre un groom qui ne fait pas claquer la porte de l’escalier c’est pas compliqué… Viennoiseries pas cuites suffisamment et petit déjeuner minimaliste, faut pas arriver trop tard… Sans parler des presque 200€ la nuit car soir de match, la prestation n’en vaut pas le quart, étant habitué à aller dans cette franchisé régulièrement… Pas plus de 8/20 et encore je suis gentil… Mais il faut bien dormir (ou essayer) quelque part…

Un accueil parfait comme toujours. La rénovation a eu du bon mais des dégradations au niveau des peintures font leur apparition.
De nombreuses offres restaurations aux abords immédiats.
