We missed our check in time because of flight 2 hour delay, when we arrived we couldn’t find anyone and the phone number we had was a message in French. We eventually found the office inside the building, by waiting for someone to come out as you needed a to type in a number to open the door. Other than that it was comfortable practical, and staff were helpful. It was a half hour walk to the Orange Velerdrome, or the beach, which suited us.

The location is great, easy to walk to shops, parks and the sea side. Very easy parking so super convenient with a car.
The property itself is ok but the room was really run down, lots of wear and tear.
Bed is not really comfortable, some dust and dead bugs under the table and bed.
I was wondering why the price was lower than it used to and know I know.

Je déconseille fortement cet établissement lit inconfortable chambre sale fuite au niveau de la Clim forte odeur de cigarette dans les partie commune ainsi que dans les chambres bref à fuir

Je suis déçu par l'accueil qui n'était pas du tout chaleureux ni à l'arrivée ni au départ d'ailleurs à mon arrivé il n'y avait personne. de plus la chambre etait salle pleine de poussière les sols les rideaux les vitres tout comme la terrasse était salle aussi. pas de papier toilette, pas de changement de serviettes à part si vous loger 8 jours au bou du 5ieme jours on vous donne 2 serviettes en plus aucun sens commercial ça ne vaut pas son prix et quand on fait une réclamation on vous envoie baladé. Aucun état des lieu ni à l'arrivée ni au départ et on dois débarrasser les poubelle avant de partir j'ai payé 120e la nuit pour ça! Le seul point positif l'hôtel est situé à 10 mn de la plage du pardon en voiture et parking accessible si vous rentré pas trop tard.

Résidence assez bien placée mais attention le gps renvoie quelques mètres plus loin ce qui pose souci aux livreurs par exemple . Appartement spacieux mais très froid,triste . Télé compliquée à faire fonctionner ( il faut utiliser la télécommande du boîtier à côté mais ce n'est expliqué nulle part ) ( L'accueil ferme à 19h ). Il est indiqué que la porte de la résidence est fermée le soir et pas de code ou la clef pour l'ouvrir ( pas pratique pour aller chercher le livreur ,peur de rester enfermé dehors !!) .
