This was a great affordable place to stay. Walking distance to SMSU, which is what we needed, and right in the middle of everything the town offers. Very clean. Staff was great. Housekeeping checked on us to make sure we were good. Parking right in front of our room. Heater in the room worked beautifully for the polar artic storm that got us to -30 wind chill outside.
We will stay here again.
We will be back.

Check in was easy and we got into our room early. Bed was great.
I left a book in the room and Bruce is sending it back to me. That's great service!

Quick and easy check in. Room was updated and clean. Stayed 2 days and 2nd day they made bed, clean towels and emptied trash. Bed was comfortable too!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. However the supposedly “smoke free” room reeked of cigarette smoke. I have asthma, so this was not a good experience for me.

The room was clean and neat. Parking was at a premium. The neighbors were heard easily enough.

Even though this hotel is older construction, I think it's been taken care of through the years. It's a good value if you're looking for a no-frills place to rest.

Very nice place to stay. Rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again if I am ever in the area.
