Sleep Inn & Suites Marshall

Clean, very quiet. Comfy bed! We will happily stay here again when visiting our grandson at college. Only one suggestion: grab bars and non-slip footing in the tub/shower. We're both pretty mobile, but at our age we take the risk of a fall seriously. It was uncomfortable stepping into the shower with nothing to grab but the curtain.

Arrived onSaturday and they allowed me to check in a little early. Room was clean and comfortable. Wish tub had grab bar. Checked out Monday morning left a mesh bag with dirty laundry, called back,said they couldnt check. Told to call back Tuesday. I did told me they had rented room and couldnt check room and nothing had been turned in. Breakfast was terrific

I have never stayed at a Sleep Inn. I was pleasantly surprised. It is fairly new and clean. Bed was pretty comfortable. Close to Starbucks and restaurants. In room fridge. Fresh fruit with continental breakfast. Would stay here again.

Wow! The staff is so kind and really exceeded our expectations. Comfortable stay, you can’t go wrong! Adjoining rooms are so helpful when traveling with a large family! This hotel is great with special needs kids - thank you to the staff for a wonderful stay!

Pre-paid for 2 rooms. We arrived and desk clerk said she had given our rooms we already had paid for to another guest and they were booked and wouldn’t even let us in the hotel. Desk clerk said didn’t know how to find ******* on her computer to see about a refund. ******* was contacted and the end result is that the hotel manager isn’t going to refund even after all he/she needed was for us to give him/her the front desk clerks name and even though we got her name Manager isn’t going to issue a refund. We have never experienced this before such horrible customer service with Sleep Inn and *******. They have charged my credit card for rooms we prepaid for and they would not let us in to stay in our rooms we paid for ahead of time! Shame on you Sleep Inn and Shame on you ******* for stealing from your fellow human off of their hard earned monies!

The woman that helped me at check in was extremely friendly and helpful. I didn’t catch her name, it might have been Mimi? Anyway, she is a great ambassador for you and good in a customer-facing role.

The Sleep Inn is a great place to stat when in the Marshall area. Friendly staff and great rooms at a great price.

We stayed in the hotel in June 2022. It was a bad experience. We had a number of rooms at the hotel due to a wedding in the area. I am still shocked at some of the service. The rooms are a good size. The rooms are cold and it is difficult to get the air conditioning to cycle at the proper temperature. The carpet in the room had a crunchy texture as if it hasn't been cleaned in some time. The walls between the rooms are not sound proofed. We could hear the people in the adjoining room speaking in their normal tone. The bathroom was marginally cleaned. The fitness center is of poor quality. The whirlpool is very nice though. The breakfast was of very poor quality. The most unbelievable part of the stay was when my parents received two phone calls from outside the hotel at 1:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. wanting to make reservations. When my mother told the front desk about this the next morning, the front desk clerk asked her to take the name and number of the person calling so they could return the call. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! They need to get their phone system fixed not to allow this to occur. I am still shaking my head at that. Another unbelievable aspect is that they charge $1.50 per night if you use the safe in your room. That was another new one on me. I spend many nights traveling and this is the only hotel where I would have been charged a $1.50 if I used the safe. I requested that $1.50 be refunded. Regardless, what a goofy charge. My recommendation is try another hotel in Marshall. This hotel isn't worth the money.

Great service and friendly staff ,comfy beds ,very good Breakfast lots of choices. very clean large room. Pool with hot tub and exercise room. We had a wonderful stay very affordable. We would stay there again.
