Days Inn by Wyndham Martin

Management is very nice and courteous. If you call ahead, they are willing to work with you as far as arrival times and all. Continental breakfast was great as well.

There were cockroaches in the rooms and I got bedbug bites all over me. I moved rooms cause of the bugs, just to find more bugs in the new room.

Nasty, nasty, nasty!!!!! Room smelled of ****, stains everywhere, and visible dirt. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

The property looks NOTHING like it does online. From the moment I walked in the front door to check in I was concerned. When I opened the door to the room I knew I was not staying. It smelled like dirty construction workers. The AC HEATING unit was filthy literally with dirt and didn’t look to be completely sealed from the outside. I turned around and walked out. When I told the receptionist that I was not staying. She refused to refund my money because I paid through a third party. I left and got a room at the Econo Lodge with great service at check in and a spotless room.

Very much not a sanitary place. The room seemed like someone straighten it up but didn’t sanitize. The refrigerator was nasty sheets were dingy brownish white. But it was expected. The front desk clerk was friendly.

This Days inn should be apart of the Wyndham brand it is rundown and dirty. They put us in a room that apparently they just replaced the flooring and light fixtures but they forgot to clean the dust it. Sheets and towels were stained they had a loveseat covered with a sheet underneath it you see it was peeling and falling apart and there were dead beetles all over the floor. Room smelled of smoke it was utterly disgusting for the price we paid I’ve stayed in way better. One positive The front desk associate was really nice. I guess you have to be in order to trick people into thinking they’re staying somewhere reputable. I will not book here again!!

This motel was being updated and the workers were also staying there. There was loud talking and singing in Spanish outside our door until late, around 1:00 am. Then around 7:00 there was loud talking again. The rowels were disgustingly dirty/discolored, there were marks on the walls from bugs or something, the headboards were in bad shape, the shower curtain was moldy, the sink area held up by two 2 x 4s. The smoke detectors were off and on the table. I took pictures. Horrible and frightening night!

First, our room was nonsmoking. It didnt stink which is fine, but there was a plastic bag covering the smoke alarm. The room was threadbare and the sheets had cigarette burns in them as did the shower curtain. We arrived on friday and was given our key. I took a shower friday night and noticed a hole in the shower ceiling as well as the burn in the carpet. The towels were threadbare and there was only 2. Later i went down to the front desk to ask for more towels and an extra pillow and it took 15 mins for someone to even show up at the desk even tho i called the number that was on a piece of paper saying that they'd be back in 10. He told me he'd bring some after he finished helping a lady check in and then never showed up. We didnt get those things until Saturday around 12. The add when we booked boasted of a continental breakfast and signs stated it was from 6 to 9am but when we arrived at the front desk for it at 7, the doors were locked and it took him 10 mins to even show up and another 10 to set out what amounted to a quarter tray of mini muffins, smooshed white bread and 3 bagels. I had to ask for a knife to cut my bagel in half and he was a bit rude when saying hed "get it in a minute". There was no eggs, no waffle batter and no juice other than orange juice. My husband and I took our breakfast back to the room with some pats of butter only to find the butter had been melted, frozen and thawed and were now rank in scent. Awful experience, never returning.

I made reservations on Thursday September 7 through your website. Get there to check in Saturday night around 830 and there is a hand written note on the door saying no rooms. I walk in and the man behind tells me there are no rooms and I tell him I have a reservation that yes there are rooms. He stutters and says we’ll let me look, there is one room. He takes me to look and says I have cleaned the room and there are no bedbugs. He opens the door and only one bed is made and the other one is unmade, the carpet is nasty. My husband and decline luckily I had chose to pay at the motel. Not only was the room awful and service but the motel is going under some kind of renovation and there was trash and junk all around the motel. I know it is a small town but the owner of the motel could take better pride in the property. It is sad that there is only one decent motel to stay in a college town for the family and opponent’s family to stay in.
