Comfort Inn & Suites - Hannibal

We had to stop for the night and we had dogs so we needed somewhere pet friendly. My son got sick on the hotel breakfast, the comforter on the pull out bed was full of stains and the whole place smelt of curry. I happen to like curry but I thought I'd throw that in for people who are turned off by it. For the middle of nowhere it was an ok place that served our needs for the nights but it's not the cleanest or best place. If you don't have pets I'd look elsewhere. If you have pets, tough it out I guess, this is the only place around. On the bright side the people are wonderfully nice.

The hallways have an odor. The rooms where okay, the breakfast used to be good. Wasn’t impressed. Looks like new owners/management. Felt like a 4 star, now just a 2 star hotel.

At 6:30, no one was around, and no one answered to my calls. There was No breakfast. The worker showed up and told me it didn’t start until 6 am (at 7:10). Then he sat non responsive for a minute and then told me he could start breakfast in ten minutes.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. Pool could have been warmer but it wasn’t bad after using the hot tub.

Tv didnt work in first room, however staff promptly switched our room. Second room, tub didnt drain properly but again staff was attentive to us when we notified them. Staff was friendly and kind and made the minor inconveniences less of a bother. Would recommend.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The hotel itself had clean public areas were clean, but the rooms needed a deep cleaning. Dirty under the desk. Shower had mold on the wall and needed to be updates. Breakfast was fine. Nothing out of the ordinary. Just okay. Would stay again, but might look forna different place.

Using ******* was a nightmare. Even in this review they won’t let me say what actually happened. Could not have been a worse experience

This facility is struggling to survive and lacking in basic maintenance. The clock doesn’t work, nor the house phone, the bathroom door doesn’t close, the A/C unit has an obnoxious and intermittent noise and there is evidence of neglect and disrepair everywhere. Additionally, there is a railroad track nearby with frequent train traffic and whistles, as well as a busy highway with lots of heavy truck traffic. Very noisy environment. But the bed was comfy and they had coffee ready in the morning.

It was great except they closed the breakfast too early for a Holiday.
