Ośrodek dość blisko plaży, posiłki dość dobre, niestety w naszej łazience była pleść na suficie, w pokojach poniszczone brudne ściany, dziecku z pokoju po wizycie sprzątaczek zginęły spodnie, a szklanki Panie sprzątające zostawialy nie umyte w zlewie. Zalety to dobre położenie hotelu, dość dobre jedzenie, ładna zieleń na terenie ośrodka.

Bardzo miła obsługa hotelowa. Pani od jogi cudowna. Jedzenie zróżnicowane.ośrodek bardzo klimatyczny. Codzienne sprzątane pokoje. Aqua aerobic prowadzony barfzo profesjonalnie. Wieczorami zapewniona rozrywka dla dzieci. Myślę że następnym razem rozwiniesz wybierzemy ten hotel.

Bardzo dobre jedzenie, śniadania mało urozmaicone ale obiady/kolacje na najwyższym poziomie, brakowało ciast i sensownych deserów.. Pokoje czyste, dobrze wyposażone. Łóżka wygodne. Dużo zieleni wkoło, można czuć się jak w ogrodzie botanicznym :) 20-25 minut spacerkiem na najpiękniejszą plaże na Gran Canarii .. Wydmy zjawiskowe :) Dla tych co nie lubią spacerować, darmowe autobusy z hotelu dowożące na plaże i z plaży .. Polecamy, udany pobyt! Mała uwaga to irytujące codzienne poranne tłuczenie się obsługi wózkami na śmieci .. Można by było wymienić koła na mniej hałaśliwe :)

Bardzo miła obsługa. Szybkie zameldowanie. Bungalowy choć trochę stare to bardzo przyjemne i czyste. Otoczenie bardzo ładnie zagospodarowane, piękna roślinność. Przy dużym obłożeniu gości w weekend baseny mocno obłożone jak i restauracja. Po weekendzie dużo wolnych leżaków i w restauracji nie ma problemów ze stolikiem. Jedzenie bardzo dobre. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Bardzo dobre ryby i owoce morza. Kawa z expresu bardzo dobra - szczególnie przy barze basenowym - czuć moc kawy! Obsługa restauracji rewelacyjna - przyjazna i uprzejma. Blisko hotelu można bez problemu zaparkować auto. Dojście do plaży deptakiem ok. 20 minut. Naprawdę polecam ten hotel i podziękowania dla Pana kelnera, który serwował nam do stolika butekowane winko.

This is around the 4th time we have stayed at this hotel and we have just had another lovely 2 weeks here. The hotel itself is in attractive grounds with lots of flowers, pools, and palm trees, and the rooms are basic and clean. The restaurant is busy but well organised and the staff are always working very hard to get people seated, and tables cleaned quickly. Food is a standard all inclusive affair which is the norm for most hotels in this part of the world. There is a bar in the entertainment area and also an outside bar. Both are great and again the staff are friendly and efficient. The only unusual aspect of the holiday was the goings on around the 'quiet' pool. The lifeguard would interact with the guests (and children) a lot more than the other lifeguards and angered a lot of people during our stay. He wouldn't let people sit at the edge of the pool if they were holding a drink in a plastic cup for example, and would spend his days telling guests that a variety of things were "not possible". This resulted in a number of confrontations and we also heard one couple say "this is our first and last time here". Everyone watched the goings on when he was on shift, as opposed to the other lifeguards who would sit quietly and observe the pool for drowning people. Overall it was a great 2 weeks and the easiest solution to the lifeguard issue is to sit at one of the other pools instead. Unless you enjoy a bit of drama to liven up your day! We would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with hard working staff who strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Shout out to Rashid in the main restaurant and Margot in the main bar, who always had everything under control :)

we absolutely loved our stay. i was worried there wouldn’t be much for our older children (13,14 & 17) to do but the animation team are fantastic and cater to all ages. they were busy most of the time and we often joined in too. the food was great - plenty of choice and a different theme each night. one night we booked to eat our evening meal at the pool bar restaurant and it was amazing - i highly recommend it. we only found out about it by chance though! All the staff were amazing and so accommodating. They went out of their way to include everyone. special shout outs to Davide (animation team) and Luis (pool bar)! cleanliness was also excellent. our room was spotless everyday with fresh towels and sheets. Thank you so much for an amazing week x

It was the first time at this hotel and definitely the last would not recommend to anyone what we saved on all inclusive we spent on food for the kids outside because they didn’t want pizza or pasta every day also nothing for them to do no shops for shopping so cost us a fortune in taxis

Currently here now after being moved by TUI from an awful hotel. We have a pool view aparment of the quiter pool & its so pretty & picturesque. The rooms are lovely, spacious & well equipt. Cleaners are in every day. Reception staff are very friendly. The snack pool bar seems more then fine although average similar food daily. There is a chef there though that seems to have a bit of an attitude. The main restaurant buffet is ok! Not always the best dishes but always something for everyone. Entertainment is good for the children & the location isnt far from the beach. There is a free shuttle bus that takes you too & from free of charge. So far i would definately come back here. Just sad we werent here for our first week & were in a infested hotel.
