Good view from the window (there is a lemon orchard right in front of the rooms). The breakfast was good and Maria was helping us with everything we needed. Nice location just 19 minutes by car to Sorrento.

Terrible place, 'receptionist' was rude, no refreshments, tea or coffee facilities. Rooms very basic. No nearby restaurants, in the middle of nowhere, a car is needed, but good luck on them roads and parking. €70 taxi one way from Sorrento station. Way too remote and nothing about. How they call it a hotel I've no idea. We were due to stay for 5 nights, suffered one and paid ＞£760 for alternative accommodation

How this got 4.5 stars is a mystery to me. Misleading photos, no food nearby, and not close to Sorrento to walk or drive. If you want to come live as the monks once did, this is your place. No one was physically present to greet us, the room was stark and guests are isolated in this monastery. Not what the photos indicate. Beware.

Although the first impression of the place is not the best (espcially if you arrive at night as it was our case), as soon as you step inside the place, everything changes. It is located inside a convent, with six rooms - we occupied a 4-bedroom and a 2-bedroom both of them spacious, quiet and clean. Breakfast is absolutely marvelous, comprising many homemade pastries, cereal and excellent capuccinos!! The place has a terrace with magnificent views of the sunset on the sea, with some tables or chairs to have a drink. There is also a restaurant a few steps beside which is an excellent option for dinner. Sabrina and Giullia are always available for advice either in person or by wapp and they really run this place as a family bussiness. Thank you both for your patience and your help. Hope to see you again soon!!

A very spiritual place where you can really relax and enjoy the sound of nature, the church bells, and the melody of the birds. We were welcomed by Sabrina who took good care of us and answered all our questions. The view from the terrace is spectacular and the sunset is amazing. The breakfast is very good, great selections, home cooked dishes with home grown veggies and fruits from the property. There are restaurants within walking distance. We took the short cut several times into town to have lunch or walk around the beautiful neighborhoods. We spent three days there and really loved it!

We had a lovely week at Il Relais. The team were extremely helpful and very accommodating and always keen to go the extra mile. They were very generous to celebrate my boyfriends birthday too. The hotel is well positioned if you want to dip in and out of the main attractions along the Amalfi Coast. It is a great base and I would reccomend it. thank you for a lovely stay.

The B&B was created in a convent, which is still partially functional. All around there are olive and lemon groves, beautiful. The management is homely, carried out entirely by women led by Arianna, very efficient and personalized. Excellent breakfast. Possibility of making coffee at any time with the espresso machines operating 24 hours a day. On the roof there is a terrace where an aperitif is served on request and has an exceptional view of the Gulf of Naples and Capri, Ischia and Procida. You can also see the top of Vesuvius. The structure is located on the high ground, and makes it easy to descend both to the Sorrento side, and to that of Positano and Amalfi. Next to the Chiostro there is a new restaurant, opened a few months ago, which serves very good gourmet recipes. Wifi connection is good.

Scortesia e arroganza della signora alla reception senza eguali. Un mulo avrebbe fatto meglio al telefono...Chi ha a che fare con i clienti deve avere garbo e cortesia cosa purtroppo che non appartiene a questo posto dal titolare alla dipendente.

De película de terror, las habitaciones son celdas, esta sucio y huele a moho, las fotos de booking no se corresponden con la realidad, había pagado dos noches y me fui a los 5 minutos. Es una vergüenza que alquilen estas habitaciones. El comedor son unos pasillos, huele a moho, todo es viejo
