I didn't receive a SMS with code and the reception was almost closed at 20.45 (should have been open until 21.00).
If I came 5 min after I would not be able to enter the room.

It was very clean but the whole place smelled funny. There were youths hanging out of a front window when we arrived. The biggest issue for us were the beds. We thought we had booked a triple with a double and a single. Turned out to be bunk beds and a tiny single. This would not have been an issue but the beds were soo uncomfortable. Foam mattresses that were so hard, with lumpy pillows. Not a wink of sleep for anyone. At 4:30 we gave up trying.

Unpleasant stinky smell as soon as you enter the hotel. The room smells off cigarettes and mould. The room is not clean at all especially the bedding not sure when they last washed it as there was dirty marks on it. Very loud and disgusting. Very rude staff as I tried to tell the black women about the stinky smell she ignored me as she was too busy behind the desk picking her nose. Would not recommend to anyone.

Hôtel très accueillant propre et confortable et très abordable facilité pour se garer et commerces à proximité a côté a pieds je conseille fortement . Petit déjeuner copieux. Bon rapport qualité prix. Merci pour le séjour magnifique. A recommander.

En chemin pour les vacances au ski en famille. Chambre propre et confortable bravo au personnel très agréable et accueillant. Petit déjeuner complet très bon rapport qualité prix. Bonne expérience pour étape à Massieux. Nous n hesiterons pas à revenir lors d un prochain déplacement

Chambres 5 lits grandes et propres. Avec 2 salles de douche, serviettes incluses. Petit déjeuner et accueil sympa. 1 odeur de tabac 1 peu gênante qd même mais ce doit être ancien car hotel non fumeurs. Je recommande, ns y avons passé 1 nuit sur le chemin du ski
