All services were great, staff were courteous, and room was quiet, warm and comfortable. Travelled with two small dogs, relatively cheap pet fee, and so quiet in room, no stranger-danger barking at all.

This was an overnight stay with the hotel selected primarily for location. It ticked all our boxes, and the young lady working reception/bar/food was very good.

Excellent séjour. Personnel très professionnel, à l'écoute, réactif. Nous avons eu un soucis et le personnel a été présent pour nous aider. Chambre moderne et bien agencée. Nous avons apprécié le plateau de courtoisie. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. le recommande +++

J'ai reservé une nuit dans cette hotel à 88€ plus une caution de 100€ en cas de dégradation. Une fois le séjour terminé l'accueil m'appelle pour une sois disante odeur de cigarette, hors je suis non fumeur et la personne qui m'accompagnait également. Sans trace apparente de mégot ni de degradation le personnel m'accuse sans preuve au telephone d'avoir fumé dans la chambre et refuse catégoriquement de me rendre la caution , la chambre m'est revenu finalement à 188€ la nuit .. à ce prix l'hotel Mercure à proximité est moin chère et de meilleur qualité Je tiens malgrès cela à feliciter le personnel d'entretien pour la propreté de la chambre

Situé à proximité des autoroutes A6, A10, et de l'aéroport d'Orly, cet hôtel occupe une position idéale. Dans une zone sans activité nocturne, c'est le calme assuré. Du parking aux chambres en passant par l'accueil et les couloir, tout semble neuf et parfaitement entretenu. Accueil courtois et souriant. Petit déjeuner continental complet en buffet à volonté

L’hôtel est correct, nous l’avions choisi pour sa situation et le fait qu’il était possible de manger 24/24. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, personne ne nous a indiqué un éventuel dysfonctionnement relatif à la restauration. A notre retour vers 1h00, nous avons été au bar pour commander des pizzas, et là on nous explique que le four déclenche l’alarme et donc pas de pizzas, et aucune autre possibilité de se restaurer, pourtant il y avait une carte des en-cas ….. La personne présente n’avait a priori pas envie de s’embêter… Pas hyper commercial comme attitude
