Livingstone was a great find for our Matera lodging. It's set in the old town, literally 3 min walk from the main square and entrance to Sassi. Room was enough spacious with one double and one single bed which suited three of us. Apar**ent is modern, specially the bathroom. Our apar**ent also had a very big terrace with seating sofa, sunbed and a table where we had our dinner. The owner Miriam served a hearty breakfast with freshly prepared omellete, sweet pastries, etc... There're two parking garages in vicinity. Considering the quality/price/location we found it just perfect for exploring Matera.

Amazing find, great location, large room, comfortable bed awesome breakfast, easy location to walk to the old town. Parking very easy at a secure park close by east access to great restaurants and bars and the Sissi. And Miriam is a super host, helped us with where to go and what to See and also great fun

Livingstone is a great place to stay in Matera. only a few steps from the sasi but with the advantadge of being able to arrive with your car!! Parking is 200 mt away, 15 euros per day. The rooms are big and clean. Everything is very nice at this place. You won´t get the feeling of sleeping inside the rock, for the rest, perfect place to stay.

Very clean and modern room. It is close to the central station and to the old city. The breakfast was excellent, wide choice of sweet and salted products. Miriam was helpful, we communicated mainly through online translation, but it worked well.

Weekend lungo di marzo. Scelta ricaduta su Matera. Dopo qualche ricerca e i giudizi su TA ho prenotato in questo B&B. Direi scelta super. Una bomboniera con solo 3 camere. La ns. London spaziosa e con un bel terrazzo. Bagno adeguato. Camera con tutto l'occorrente per uno splendido soggiorno. Miriam persona cordiale, carina, disponibile e attenta al cliente, un'ottima padrona di casa. Pulizia perfetta. Struttura comoda per visitare Matera vicino alla piazza principale della città. Colazione ottima sia in quantità che qualità. Straconsigliato!

Struttua deliziosa, pulita e molto accogliente. Miriam è stata molto disponibile già dalla fase di prenotazione. Posizione eccellente, si raggiungono tutte le mete e il centro con facilità . A Matera non esiste soluzione migliore. TOP!

Posto incantevole, con una proprietaria super disponibile. Posizione ottima, a 2 passi dalla piazza principale, camere ristrutturate e pulite. Colazione varia e molto buona. Miriam cerca di accontentarti in ogni modo. E’ stata una bellissima esperienza

Il B&B si trova in una posizione perfetta per poter visitare al meglio la città e poter parcheggiare l’auto o usare i mezzi pubblici. Come si entra nella struttura si coglie l’amore per i clienti, tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli, si sente il profumo del pulito … la colazione è abbondante e buonissima, Miriam accoglie l’ospite come se fosse a casa propria facendo di tutto per farlo sentire speciale. Raramente nella vita ho trovato una tale accoglienza.
