We just stopped here for lunch while walking around Matera! The service was EXCEPTIONAL very kind and patient with my English. We ordered lasagna & bruschetta. FANTASTIC! A great outdoor area for eating and people watching! A lovely stop in this magical lil town. I wasn’t expecting this place to be so good. Even the sandwich the people next to us had looked bomb! Pinning this spot in my maps for friends to try in the future

Just a fabulous place to stay. We stayed in a double with a balcony that had a wonderful view of the Sassi. Just the best hosts, a family owned and run hotel and nothing is too much trouble. The location is perfect. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, pasties, bruchetta, coffee etc. There is also a fabulous roof seating area - the views are spectacular. Just a short walk to all the eateries but they also do lunches which are popular. They have a liquor licence so Aperol at sunset on the roof couldn't be beaten!!

Everything about our stay here in Matera was perfect! The property has been recently renovated with incredible artisan work in every detail! Extremely clean with all the amenities you could need. The breakfast is delicious with local specialties (try the pasticiotto!). It is all family-run and they do everything to make you feel welcome and at home. The rooftop terrace offers incredible views of Matera to be enjoyed with a Spritz. We can’t wait to return again one day. Grazie mille!

I Loved the place. It was in very well located in the old Sassy near many restaurants. The room was beautiful with arch ceilings. There are only 5 rooms. Me stayed in in the Vetraio room. Very clean. The hostess Ingrid plus really very kind and helpful. She made very good recommendations. Breakfast is in a nearby coffee shop. Matera was the capital of culture in 2019. There are many places to visit. And many nice restaurants.

Matera ci ha accolto con una vista mozzafiato fin dal primo istante e un sorriso, quello di Cinzia ed il suo compagno nel darci la stanza il ferraio. Stanza ampia, luminosa con terrazzo e vista spettacolare su Matera. Sei nel cuore dei sassi. Soggiorno perfetto in ogni particolare, dalla colazione con il famoso pasticciotto alle preziose indicazioni date da Cinzia per girare Matera. Anche la nostra cagnolona si è sentita super accettata. Consigliatissimo.

Posizione perfetta , tra i sassi e panoramica , Cinzia è stata super accogliente e disponibile . Camere meravigliose , super pulite , arredate con gusto , doccia favolosa . All’ ultimo piano c è un terrazzino da cui si vede tutta la bellezza del posto

Stupendo weekend in questo B&B. Cinzia ci ha accolte con estrema cortesia e con tanti consigli per gustare una cena lucana tra i sassi. Le stanze sono bellissime, ben arredate, pulite. Ottima la posizione e il panorama dal terrazzo mozzafiato! Consigliatissimo!

Ci siamo regalati questa esperienza e non ce ne siamo pentiti. Suite spettacolare , curata in ogni dettaglio , arredamento della “grotta” fatto con amore ( il titolare è restauratore) . È presente una terrazza dalla quale si gode di una vista mozzafiato . Posizione strategica per visitare i maggiori punti di interesse. Staff disponibile e attento. Ci hanno fatto sentire “a casa”. Consigliatissomo
